¹⁷ So faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.

¹⁹ Therefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger:

¹ And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour.

³⁴ Let the women keep silent in the churches: for it is not permitted for them to speak; but they should be subordinate, as the law says. ³⁵ And if they wish to learn anything, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a disgrace for women to speak in the church.
