⁵ be ye yourselves also, as living stones, built up, a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.

¹¹ For other foundation can no one lay than that which is laid, which is Christ Jesus. ¹² But if any one build upon this foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble, ¹³ the work of every one will be made manifest; for the day will show it; because it is revealed in fire; and the fire itself will prove what every ones work is. ¹⁴ If the work which any one built thereon remaineth, he will receive reward; ¹⁵ if any ones work shall be burned up, he will lose the reward; but he will be saved himself, yet as one escaping through fire.

¹⁹ Having therefore, brethren, boldness for entrance into the sanctuary by the blood of Jesus, ²⁰ a new and living way, which he consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, his flesh,

¹⁹ And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and the ark of his covenant was seen in his temple; and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunders, and an earthquake, and a great hailstorm.
