¹⁶ but this is what was spoken through the prophet Joel, ¹⁷ "It shall be in the last days, saith God, that I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters will prophesy, and your young men will see visions, and your old men will dream dreams; ¹⁸ and even on my servants, and on my handmaids, I will pour out of my Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy.

³ but he that prophesieth speaketh to men edification, and exhortation, and comfort.
