¹⁵ Jesus said: »Be careful, do not covet, for life does not come from your possessions.«

¹⁷ »They will be my people,« said Jehovah of Hosts. »On the day when I act, they will be mine (my special treasure) (my jewels). I will show them compassion just as parents show compassion to the children who serve them.

³³ »Sell your possessions and give to charity. Make yourselves purses that do not get old, a treasure in heaven where moth and rest cannot corrupt and thieves cannot steal. ³⁴ »Your heart will be where your treasure is.

¹⁹ »Do not accumulate large amounts of wealth on earth. This is where moth and rust consume and where thieves break in and steal. ²⁰ »Accumulate wealth in heaven where neither moth nor rust consumes, and where thieves do not break in and steal. ²¹ Your heart will be where you keep your wealth.
