Psalms 53:1

2 Timothy 2:22-26

22 Flee from youthful lusts and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, with those who call on the Lord with a clean heart. 23 But refuse foolish and ignorant speculations, knowing they produce quarrels (controversy) (fighting). 24 The Lord’s servant must not be quarrelsome, but be kind (gentle) to all, able to teach, and patient when wronged. 25 He should instruct those who oppose using meekness. Perhaps God will give them repentance that they may know the truth. 26 They should come to their senses out of the snare of the Devil. He has taken them captive and they do his will.

Colossians 2:8

8 See to it that no one enslaves you by means of philosophy and worthless deceit of human wisdom according to tradition of men. It is according to the elementary principles of the world, and not from Christ.

1 Corinthians 2:14

14 But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God. They are foolishness to him! He cannot know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

1 Timothy 4:1-5

1 The Spirit explicitly says that some will fall away from the faith (truth) in later times. Spirits and doctrines of demons will seduce them, 2 through the hypocrisy of men that speak lies, branded in their own conscience as with a hot iron. 3 They will forbid marrying, [and command] to abstain from food, which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth. 4 For every creature of God is good, and nothing is to be rejected, if it is received with thanksgiving. 5 This is because it is sanctified through the word of God and prayer.
