¹⁷ He that hath pittie vppon the poore, lendeth vnto the Lord: & loke what he layeth oute, it shalbe payed hym agayn.

²⁹ Let no fylthy communication procede out of your mouthes: but that whiche is good to edefye wyth all, when nede is: that it maye haue fauoure with the hearers. ³⁰ And greue not the holye spirite of God, by whom ye are sealed vnto the daye of redemption. ³¹ Let all bitternes, fearsnes and wrath, roring and cursed speakinge, be put awaye from you, wyth all maliciousnes. ³² Be ye courteouse one to another and mercyfull, forgeuynge one another, euen as God for Christes sake forgaue you.

¹⁴ For all the lawe is fulfylled in one worde: whiche is thys: thou shalte loue thyne neyghboure as thy selfe.

¹⁷ Charge them that are ryche in this worlde shal they be not exceadyng wyse, and that they truste not in the vncertayne ryches, but in the lyuyng God, which geueth vs aboundauntly al thynges to enioy them, ¹⁸ and that they do good and be ryche in good workes, and readye to geue and to distrybute, ¹⁹ layinge vp in store for them selues a good foundacyon agaynste the tyme to come that they maye obtayne eternal lyfe.

¹⁵ Se that none recompence euyll for euyll vnto any man: but euer folowe that which is good, both among your selues, and to all men.

⁵ And herunto geue al diligence, in youre fayth, mynyster vertue, and in vertue knowledge, ⁶ and in knowledge temperancie, and in temperauncie, pacience, in pacience, Godlynes, ⁷ in Godlines brotherly kyndnes, in brotherlye kindnes, loue.

¹² This is my commaundement, that ye loue together as I haue loued you. ¹³ Greater loue then thys hath no man, then that a man bestowe hys lyfe for hys frendes. ¹⁴ Ye are my frendes, yf ye do whatsoeuer I commaunde you.

³ that nothing be done thorowe stryfe or vaine glorye, but that in mekenes of mynde euerye man esteme other better then him selfe,

⁸ In conclusyon be ye all of one mynd, one suffer wyth another, loue as brethren, be petifull, be curteous,

³⁵ Wherfore, loue ye your enemyes, do good and lende, lokinge for nothynge againe, and your rewarde shall be greate, and ye shalbe the children of the hyest for he is kinde vnto the vnkinde and to the euyll.

⁴ & that no man considere his owne, but what is meate for other.
