⁷ And now (O thou sonne of man) I haue made the a watcheman vnto the house of Israell: that where as thou hearest anye thynge oute of my mouthe, thou mayest warne them on my behalfe. ⁸ If I say vnto the wicked thou wycked, thou shalte surelye dye: & thou geuest hym not warnynge, that he maye bewarre of his vngodly waye: then shall the wicked dye in hys owne synne, but hys bloude wyll I requyre of thy hand. ⁹ Neuertheles yf thou warne the wycked of hys waye, to turne from it, where as he yet will not be turned from it, then shall he dye because of hys synne, but thou haste delyuered thy soule.

⁸ God is able to make you ryche in al grace that ye in al thynges hauyng suffycyent vnto the vttermoste, maye be ryche vnto all maner good workes,

²² Laye handes sodenly on no man, neyther be partakers of other mennes synnes: kepe thy self pure.

³² Whyche men though they knewe the ryghtuousnes of God, howe that they which such thinges commit, are worthy of death, yet not onely do the same, but also haue pleasure in them that do them.

²⁷ Refuse not to do good vnto hym that shoulde haue it, so longe as thyne hande is able to do it.

⁸ Yf there be anye that prouideth not for hys owne, & namely for them of hys housholde the same denyeth the fayth, & is worsse then an infydele.

⁶ but geueth more grace.

¹¹ For he that biddeth him God spede, is partaker of his euyll dedes.

⁴ An ydle hand maketh pore, but a quicke laboryng hand maketh ryche.

¹¹ and haue no fellowshyp wyth the vnfruitfull workes of darckenes: but rather rebuke them.

⁵ For euery man shal beare his owne burthen.

¹⁰ For when we were with you thys we warned you of, that yf there were any whiche woulde not worke, that the same shoulde not eate. ¹¹ We haue hearde say no doubte that there are some whiche walke amonge you inordinately and worke not at all, but are besye bodyes. ¹² Them that are suche we commaunde and exhorte by oure Lorde Iesu Christe, that they worke wyth quietnes, and eate theyr owne breade. ¹³ Brethren be not werye in well doyng. ¹⁴ Yf any man obeye not oure sayinges send vs worde of hym by a letter: and haue no companye wyth hym that he maye be ashamed. ¹⁵ And counte hym not as an enemy, but warne hym as a brother.
