And in the presongate stode they styll, 40 and so stode the two queers of thankesgeuynge of the house of God, and I and the halfe of the rulers wyth me, 41 and the priestes, namelye Eliakim, Maasiah, Miniamin, Michaiah, Elioenai, Zachary, Hananiah with trompettes, 42 and Maasiah Semeiah, Eleasar, Vrsi, Iehohanan, Melchiah, Elam and Ser. And the syngers sang loud & Iestahiah was the ouerseer. 43 And the same daye were there greate sacrifyces offered, and they reioysed: for God had geuen them greate gladnesse, so that both the wyues & chyldren were ioyfull, & the myrthe of Ierusalem was hearde farre of.

James 1:2-4

2 My brethren, count it excedyng ioye when ye fal into dyuers temptacyons, 3 for as muche as ye knowe howe that the triynge of youre fayth bryngeth pacience: 4 and let pacyence haue her perfect worke, that ye maye be perfecte and sounde, lackynge nothynge.

13 Wherfore gyrde vp the loynes of youre myndes, be sober, and trust perfectelye on the grace that is broughte vnto you, by the declarynge of Iesus Christe,

Romans 12:1-2

1 I beseche you therfore brethren, by the mercyfulnes of God, that ye make your bodyes a quicke sacrifyce holye and acceptable vnto God, which is youre reasonable seruynge of God: 2 And fashyon not youre selues lyke vnto thys worlde. But be ye chaunged in youre shape, by the renuynge of youre wyttes, that ye may fele what thynge that good, that acceptable, and perfect wyll of God is.

Colossians 3:17

17 And all thinges (whatsoeuer ye do in word or dede) do it in the name of the Lorde Iesu geuinge thankes to God the father by hym.
