⁸ neither let us commit fornication, as some of them did, of whom three and twenty thousand fell in one day. ⁹ neither let us provoke Christ as some of them provoked him, and were destroyed by serpents. ¹⁰ neither murmur ye, as some of them murmured, and were slain by the destroying angel. ¹¹ All these things happened to them for examples: and are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the ages are come.
