¹² So after he had washed their feet, and had put on his upper garments again, and taken his place, he said to them. ¹³ "Do you understand what I have been doing to you? ⁶ But we have gifts differing according to the grace which was given to us. He that has the gift of prophecy, let him prophesy according to the proportion of his faith. ⁷ If it is the gift of administration, let us give ourselves to our service.

¹² Because the ministry of this contribution not only supplies the needs of the saints, but also overflows in many a thanksgiving to God. ¹³ For this ministration proves you. On account of it men glorify God for your faithfulness to your professions of the gospel of Christ, and for the liberality of your gifts to them and to all.
