⁵⁵ I have remembered your name, O Jehovah, in the night and have observed your law.

¹ I will cry to God with my voice, even to God with my voice and he will listen to me.
² I sought the Lord in the day of my trouble. My hand was stretched out in the night and did not slack. My soul refused to be comforted. ³ I remember God and I am in an uproar. I complain and my spirit is overwhelmed. Selah.
⁴ You have held my eyelids watching. I am so troubled that I cannot speak.
⁵ I have considered the days of long-ago, the years of ancient times. ⁶ I call to remembrance my song in the night. I meditate with my own heart and my spirit makes diligent search.
⁷ Will the Lord cast off everlasting? And will he be favorable no more? ⁸ Has his loving kindness ceased forever? Does his promise come to an end in this generation? ⁹ Has God forgotten to be gracious? Has he shut up his tender mercies in anger? Selah.
¹⁰ And I said, This is my infirmity, the change of the right hand of the Most High. ¹¹ I will make mention of the deeds of Jehovah, because I will remember your wonders of long-ago. ¹² I will meditate also upon all your work and talk on your deeds.
¹³ Your way, O God, is in the sanctuary. Who is a great god like God? ¹⁴ You are the God who does wonders. You have made known your strength among the peoples. ¹⁵ You have redeemed your people with your arm, the sons of Jacob and Joseph. Selah.
¹⁶ The waters saw you, O God, the waters saw you. They were afraid. The depths also trembled. ¹⁷ The clouds poured out water. The skies sent out a sound. Your arrows also went abroad.
¹⁸ The voice of your thunder was in the whirlwind. The lightnings lightened the world. The earth trembled and shook.
¹⁹ Your way was in the sea and your paths in the great waters. And your footsteps were not known. ²⁰ You led your people like a flock by the hand of Moses and Aaron.

¹ I was manifested by those who did not ask for me. I am found by those who did not seek me. I said, Behold me, behold me, to a nation that was not called by my name.
² I have spread out my hands all the day to a disobedient and rebellious people, who walk in a way that is not good, according to their own thoughts, ³ a people who provoke me to my face continually, sacrificing in gardens and burning incense upon bricks, ⁴ who sit among the graves and lodge in the secret places, who eat swine's flesh and broth of abominable things is in their vessels, ⁵ who say, Stand by yourself, do not come near to me, for I am holier than you.
These are a smoke in my nose, a fire that burns all the day.
⁶ Behold, it is written before me. I will not keep silence, but will recompense. Yes, I will recompense into their bosom ⁷ your* own iniquities and the iniquities of your* fathers together, says Jehovah, those who have burned incense upon the mountains and blasphemed me upon the hills. Therefore I will measure their former work into their bosom.
⁸ Jehovah says thus, As the new wine is found in the cluster and a man says, Destroy it not, for a blessing is in it, so I will do for my servants' sake, that I may not destroy them all. ⁹ And I will bring forth a seed out of Jacob and out of Judah an inheritor of my mountains. And my chosen will inherit it and my servants will dwell there. ¹⁰ And Sharon will be a fold of flocks and the valley of Achor a place for herds to lie down in, for my people who have sought me.
¹¹ But you* who forsake Jehovah, who forget my holy mountain, who prepare a table for Good-fortune and who fills up mingled wine to Destiny, ¹² I will destine you* to the sword and you* will all bow down to the slaughter. Because when I called, you* did not answer, when I spoke, you* did not hear, but you* did what was evil in my eyes and chose that in which I did not delight.
¹³ Therefore thus says the lord Jehovah, Behold, my servants will eat, but you* will be hungry. Behold, my servants will drink, but you* will be thirsty. Behold, my servants will rejoice, but you* will be put to shame. ¹⁴ Behold, my servants will sing for joy of heart, but you* will cry for sorrow of heart and will wail for vexation of spirit. ¹⁵ And you* will leave your* name for a curse to my chosen and the lord Jehovah will kill you.
And he will call his servants by another name, ¹⁶ so that he who graces himself in the earth will bless himself in the God of truth and he who swears in the earth will swear by the God of truth. Because the former troubles are forgotten and because they are hid from my eyes.
¹⁷ For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth and the former things will not be remembered, nor come into mind.
¹⁸ But be you* glad and rejoice forever in what I create. For, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing and her people a joy. ¹⁹ And I will rejoice in Jerusalem and joy in my people. And there will no more be heard in her the voice of weeping and the voice of crying.
²⁰ There will be no more from there an infant of days, nor an old man who has not filled his days. For the child will die a hundred years old and the sinner being a hundred years old will be accursed.
²¹ And they will build houses and inhabit them. And they will plant vineyards and eat the fruit of them. ²² They will not build and another inhabit. They will not plant and another eat. For as the days of a tree will be the days of my people and my chosen will long enjoy the work of their hands. ²³ They will not labor in vain, nor bring forth for calamity. For they are the seed of the praised of Jehovah and their offspring with them.
²⁴ And it will happen that, before they call, I will answer and while they are yet speaking, I will hear. ²⁵ The wolf and the lamb will feed together and the lion will eat straw like the ox and dust will be the serpent's food. They will not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, says Jehovah.

⁶³ saying, Lord, we remember what that misleader said, while still living, I will arise after three days.

¹⁹ And he took bread and having given-thanks, he broke it and gave to them, saying, This is my body which is given on your behalf. Practice this in my remembrance.

²⁵ I have spoken these things to you, while remaining with you.

¹ James, a bondservant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes, those who are in the dispersion. Hail to you!
² My brethren, deem it with all joy, whenever you fall into various temptations, ³ knowing that the proving of your faith is working out endurance. ⁴ But let endurance have its completed work, in order that you may be complete and whole, deficient in nothing.
⁵ But if anyone of you is deficient of wisdom, let him ask from God, who gives to all liberally and does not reproach any, and it will be given to him. ⁶ But let him ask in faith, doubting nothing in himself. For he who is doubting himself resembles a wave of the sea being blown by the wind and tossed around. ⁷ For do not let that man assume that he will be receiving anything from the Lord– ⁸ an indecisive man is restless in all his ways.
⁹ But let the humble brother boast in his elevation, ¹⁰ but the rich brother in his humbleness, because like the flower of the grass, he will be passing away. ¹¹ For the sun has risen together with the burning heat, and dried up the grass, and its flower fell and the beauty of its face perished. So shall the rich man also fade away in his pursuits.
¹² The fortunate man who is enduring temptation, because having become approved, he will be receiving the crown of life, which the Lord promised to those who love him. ¹³ Let no one say when he is tempted, I am tempted by God, for God is not temptable from evils, and he himself tempts no one. ¹⁴ But each person is tempted, when he is pulled away and enticed by his own lust. ¹⁵ Thereafter when this lust has conceived, it bears sin, and sin, when it has matured, gives-birth to death. ¹⁶ Do not be misled, my beloved brethren!
¹⁷ Every good act of giving, and every complete gift, is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no change, nor a shadow of turning. ¹⁸ Having willed it, he gave-birth to us with the word of truth, that we might be a certain first-fruit of his created things.
¹⁹ So-then my beloved brethren, let every man be quick to hear, slow to speak, and slow to wrath. ²⁰ For the wrath of man is not working out the righteousness of God. ²¹ Hence, having placed away from yourselves all filthiness and the abundance of malice, accept the implanted word in meekness, which is able to save your souls.
²² But become doers of the word and not hearers only, deluding yourselves. ²³ Because if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he resembles a man considering his face (which was his from birth) in a mirror. ²⁴ For he has considered himself, and has gone away and immediately forgot what sort of man he was. ²⁵ But he who has peered into the complete law, the law of freedom, and has remained in it, this one, having not become a forgetful hearer, but a doer of works, this one will be fortunate in his doing.
²⁶ If anyone among you thinks himself to be outwardly religious, though he does not bridle his tongue but deceiving his heart; this one’s religion is futile. ²⁷ A clean and undefiled religion with our God and Father is this: to ^{F} visit ^{F} the orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world.

⁹ Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage. Do not be frightened, neither be dismayed, for Jehovah your God is with you wherever you go.

⁹ Remember the former things of old, for I am God and there is none else. I am God and there is none like me,

¹⁵ Therefore, consequently, brethren, stand-firm and hold-fast the traditions which you were taught, whether through speech or through our letter.

²⁵ Likewise also the cup, after the supper, saying, This cup is the new covenant in my blood. Practice this in my remembrance whenever you drink it.

¹⁵ Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? Yes, these may forget, yet I will not forget you.
¹⁶ Behold, I have engraved you upon the palms of my hands. Your walls are continually before me.

¹ Remember also your Creator in the days of your youth, before the evil days come and the years draw near, when you will say, I have no pleasure in them,

⁵ Therefore remember from where you have fallen, and repent and practice the first works; otherwise if you do not repent, I am coming to you shortly and will move your lamp-stand out of its place.

²⁴ and having given-thanks, he broke it and said, Take, eat. This is my body, which is being broken on your behalf. Practice this in my remembrance.

³⁵ I showed to you an example in all things, that so laboring, it is essential to help the weak and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that he himself said, It is more fortunate to give than to receive.

² And you will remember all the way which Jehovah your God has led you these forty years in the wilderness, that he might humble you, to prove you, to know what was in your heart, whether you would keep his commandments, or not.

² Now I praise you brethren that you have remembered me in all things and are holding-onto the traditions, just-as I gave them to you.

¹² then beware lest you forget Jehovah, who brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
