¹⁹ go, convert all the nations, immersing them into the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit; ²⁰ teaching them to observe all the things which I have commanded you: and behold, I am with you always, even to the conclusion of this state.

⁴⁶ and said to them, Thus it is written, and thus it behooved the Messiah to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day; ⁴⁷ and that reformation and the remission of sins should be proclaimed, in his name, among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. ⁴⁸ Now, you are witnesses of these things; ⁴⁹ and behold I send you that which my Father has promised; but do you continue in this city, until you be invested with power from above.

³⁷ Now, when they heard these things, they were pierced to the heart, and said to Peter, and the rest of the Apostles, Brethren, what shall we do? ³⁸ And Peter said to them, Reform, and be each of you immersed in the name of Jesus Christ, in order to the remission of sins, and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

²² To the weak, I became as weak, that I might gain the weak. To all, I have become all things, that, by all means, I might same some.

¹⁸ And all these things of God, who has reconciled us to himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us to the ministry of the reconciliation- ¹⁹ namely, that God was, by Christ, reconciling the world to himself, not counting to them their trespasses, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation. ²⁰ We, therefore, execute the office of ambassadors for Christ, as of God beseeching you by us; we pray you, in behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. ²¹ For he has made him, who knew no sin, a sin-offering for us; that we might become the justified of God, by him.

¹⁴ But how shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him, of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear, without a proclaimer?

¹³ Now, may the God of hope fill you with all joy, and peace, in believing; in order that you may abound in that hope, through the power of the Holy Spirit.

¹⁷ For God has sent his Son into the world, not to condemn the world, but that the world may be saved by him.

¹⁵ And he said unto them, Go throughout all the world, proclaim the glad tidings to the whole creation.

⁸ But you shall receive power by the Holy Spirit coming upon you, and shall be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and even to the remotest parts of the earth.

¹⁶ Thus, let your light shine before men, that they, seeing your good actions, may glorify your Father, who is in heaven.

⁶ Let your speech be always with gracefulness, seasoned with salt, knowing how you ought to answer every one.

¹⁵ but sanctify the Lord God in your hearts; and be always prepared for giving an answer, with meekness and reverence, to every one who asks of you a reason for the hope which is in you.
