⁴⁴ You are from the father of accusation, and you want to do the lusts of your father, he who is a murderer of men from the very beginning and who never stands by the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks he speaks his own lie, because he is a liar, and the father of it.

⁸ But as for the fearful, and the unbelieving, and the sinful, and the abominable, and murderers, and those who commit adultery, and the magicians, and the idolators, and all liars, their portion shall be in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

¹⁰ He who is faithful with little, is also faithful with much; and he who is dishonest with little, is also dishonest with much. ¹¹ If therefore, you are not faithful with the wealth of iniquity, who will believe that there is any truth in you? ¹² And if you are not found faithful with that which is not your own, who will give you that which is your own? ¹³ No servant can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and like the other; or he will honor one and despise the other.
