Revelation 20:4

4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given to them: and the souls of those who were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and who had not worshipped the wild beast, neither his image, nor had received his mark upon their foreheads or on their hand, lived and reigned with their Christ these thousand years. * But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished.

Revelation 12:1-17

1 AND a great sign was seen in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars: 2 And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered. 3 And there appeared another sign in heaven; and behold, there was a great dragon of fire, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. 4 And his tail cut off a third of the stars of heaven and cast them to the earth; and the dragon stood before the woman who was ready to be delivered, so as to devour her child as soon as it was born. 5 And she brought forth a male child, who was to shepherd all the nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up to God, and to his throne. 6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she had a place prepared by God, that they should feed her there a thousand and two hundred and three score days. 7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought, 8 But did not prevail; neither was their place found any longer in heaven. 9 Thus the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world: he was cast out on the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. 10 And I heard a loud voice in heaven saying, Now the deliverance and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ, has been accomplished: for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before God day and night, is cast down. 11 And they have conquered him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they did not spare themselves even unto death. 12 Therefore rejoice, O ye heavens and you who dwell in them. Woe to the inhabitants of the earth, and of the sea! for the Devil has come down to you; and his wrath is great, because he knows that his time is short. 13 And when the dragon saw that he was cast down to the earth, he pursued the woman who had given birth to a son. 14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly from the presence of the serpent to the wilderness, into her place, where she would be nourished for years, and months, and days. 15 Then the serpent sent a flood of water out of his mouth after the woman, so that he might cause her to be swept away by the flood. 16 But the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened its mouth, and swallowed up the water which the dragon had gushed out of his mouth. 17 And the dragon was enraged at the woman, and he went to make war with the remnant of her seed, who keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus.

Revelation 13:17

17 So that no man might buy or sell, except he who had the mark of the name of the beast, or the code number of his name.

Revelation 14:1-20

1 AND I looked, and, lo, the Lamb stood on mount Sion, and with him a hundred forty and four thousand in number, having the name of his Father written on their brows. 2 Then I heard a voice from heaven, as the sound of many waters, and as the sound of a great thunder: and the voice I heard was as the music of many harpists playing on their harps: 3 And they sang a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts and the elders: and no man was able to learn that song, except the hundred forty and four thousand who were redeemed from the earth. 4 These are those who were not defiled with women for they are virgins. These are those who follow the Lamb wheresoever he goes. These were redeemed by Jesus, from among men, to be the first fruits to God and to the Lamb. 5 And in their mouth was found no deceit: for they are without fault. 6 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel, to preach to those who dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, 7 Saying, with a loud voice, Serve God and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment has come: and worship him who made heaven and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters. 8 And another angel, a second followed him, saying, Babylon has fallen, that great city, which made all nations drink of the wine of the passion of her whoredom. 9 Then another angel, a third, followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark on his brow, or on his hand, 10 He also shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is mixed with bitterness in the cup of his anger; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and before the throne: 11 And the smoke of their torment will rise for ever and ever: and those who worship the beast and his image will have no rest day or night. 12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus. 13 And I heard a voice from heaven saying, Write, Blessed are the dead who die in the LORD from henceforth: Yes, says the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours, for their works will follow them. 14 And I looked, and lo, I saw a white cloud, and upon the cloud sat one resembling the Son of man, having on his head a crown of gold, and in his hand a sharp sickle. 15 And another angel came out of the temple, and after he cried with a loud voice to him who sat on the cloud, 16 He thrust his sickle upon the earth; and the earth was harvested. 17 And another angel came out of the temple which is in heaven; and he also had a sharp sickle. 18 Then out from the altar came another angel, who had power over fire; and cried with a loud voice to him who had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in your sharp sickle and gather the clusters of the vineyards of the earth, for her grapes are fully ripe. 19 And the angel thrust his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vineyards of the earth, and cast the grapes into the winepress of the wrath of the great God. 20 And the winepress was trodden until the juice which came out reached even to the horse bridles, and the circumference of the winepress was a thousand and six hundred furlongs.

Revelation 13:16-18

16 And he compelled all, both small and great, rich and poor, freemen and slaves to receive a mark on their right hands or on their brows: 17 So that no man might buy or sell, except he who had the mark of the name of the beast, or the code number of his name. 18 Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding decipher the code number of the beast: for it is the code number of the name of a man; and his number is six hundred sixty-six (Nero Caesar).

Revelation 13:1-18

1 AND as I stood on the sand of the sea, I saw a wild beast rise up out of the sea, having ten horns and seven heads, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads blasphemous words. 2 And the wild beast which I saw was like to a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his throne, and great authority. 3 And one of his heads was as though mortally wounded; but his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered about the wild beast. 4 And they worshipped the dragon because he had given power to the beast : who can prevail against him to fight him? 5 And there was given to him a mouth that he might utter great things and blasphemies; and power was given to him to make war for forty and two months. 6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name and his dwelling place, and those who dwell in heaven. 7 And power was given to him over every tribe and kindred and tongue, and nation, and it was given to him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them. 8 And all who dwell upon the earth shall worship him, even those whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. 9 If any man has ears, let him hear. 10 He who leads into captivity, shall go into captivity; he who kills with the sword, must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints. 11 And I beheld another wild beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spoke as a dragon. 12 And all the power of the first wild beast before him was exercised by him, and he caused the earth and those who dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. 13 And he wrought great wonders, to such an extent that he could even make fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, 14 Beguiling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the wild beast who was wounded by the sword and yet lived. 15 And he had power to give life to the image of the wild beast, and to cause all those who would not worship the image of the wild beast to be killed.

Revelation 13:18

18 Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding decipher the code number of the beast: for it is the code number of the name of a man; and his number is six hundred sixty-six (Nero Caesar).
