⁸ This book of the Law shall not depart out of your mouth, and you shall meditate on it by day and by night, so that you shall be on guard to do according to all that is written in it. For then you shall prosper your way, and then you shall act wisely.

¹⁰⁵ Nun. Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.

⁷ The law of Jehovah is perfect, converting the soul. The testimony of Jehovah is sure, making the simple wise. ⁸ The precepts of Jehovah are right, rejoicing the heart; the commands of Jehovah are pure, giving light to the eyes. ⁹ The fear of Jehovah is clean, enduring forever; the judgments of Jehovah are true, they are righteous altogether. ¹⁰ They are more precious than gold, even much fine gold, and sweeter than honey and drops from the honeycomb. ¹¹ Also Your servant is warned by them; in keeping of them is great reward.

³⁵ The heaven and the earth will pass away, but My words will never ever pass away.

¹² For the word of God is living, and powerfully working, and sharper than every two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of both soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge of the thoughts and intentions of the heart; ¹³ and there is no creature unrevealed before Him; but all things are naked and laid open to His eyes, with whom is our account. ¹⁴ Then having a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast the confession.

²⁹ Is not My word thus like fire, says Jehovah, and like a hammer which breaks a rock in pieces?

¹⁷ Then faith is of hearing, and hearing through the Word of God.

¹¹ so shall My word be, which goes out of My mouth; it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in what I sent it to do!

⁴ For whatever things were written before were written for our instruction, that through patience and encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.

¹⁶ Every Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,
