2 Chronicles 7:1-10

1 And when Solomon finished praying, then the fire came down from Heaven and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices; and the glory of Jehovah filled the house; 2 and the priests were not able to go into the house of Jehovah, because the glory of Jehovah had filled the house of Jehovah. 3 And all the sons of Israel were watching, when the fire came down, and the glory of Jehovah was on the house and they bowed their noses to the earth, on the pavement, and worshiped, and gave thanks to Jehovah: for He is good, for His mercy endures forever. 4 And the king and all the people were offering a sacrifice before Jehovah; 5 and king Solomon offered the sacrifice from the herd, twenty two thousand, and from the flock, a hundred and twenty thousand; all the people dedicated the house of God. 6 And the priests were standing over their charges, and the Levites with instruments of the music to Jehovah, that David the king had made, to give thanks to Jehovah, for His mercy endures forever, when praised David by their hand; and the priests were blowing trumpets before them, and all Israel was standing. 7 And Solomon dedicated the middle of the court that was before the house of Jehovah; for he had offered there the burnt offerings, and the fat of the peace offerings; for the bronze altar that Solomon had made was not able to contain the burnt offering, and the food offering, and the fat. 8 And Solomon at that time kept the feast seven days, and all Israel with him, a great company, from the entering in of Hamath to the river of Egypt. 9 And they made a solemn assembly on the eighth day, because they kept the dedication of the altar seven days, and the feast seven days. 10 And on the twenty third day of the seventh month, he sent the people to their tents, rejoicing and glad of heart, for the goodness that Jehovah had done to David, and to Solomon, and to His people Israel.

Psalms 149:5

5 Let the saints be joyful in glory; let them sing aloud on their beds.

Luke 1:45

45 And blessed is she believing, because there will be a completion to the things spoken to her from the Lord.

Matthew 22:1-46

1 And answering, Jesus again spoke to them in parables, saying: 2 The kingdom of Heaven is compared to a man, a king, who made a wedding feast for his son. 3 And he sent his slaves to call those who had been invited to the wedding feast, but they did not desire to come. 4 Again, he sent other slaves, saying, Tell the ones invited, Behold, I have prepared my supper; my oxen, and the fatlings are killed, and all things ready; come to the wedding feast. 5 But not caring they went away, one to his own field, and one to his trading. 6 And the rest, seizing his slaves, insulted and killed them . 7 And hearing, the king became angry. And sending his armies, he destroyed those murderers and burned their city. 8 Then he said to his slaves, Indeed, the wedding feast is ready, but those invited were not worthy. 9 Then go onto the exits of the highways and call to the wedding feast as many as you may find. 10 And going out into the highways, those slaves gathered all, as many as they found, both evil and good. And the wedding feast was filled with reclining guests. 11 And the king coming in to look over those reclining, he saw a man there not having been dressed in a wedding garment. 12 And he said to him, Friend, how did you come in here, not having a wedding garment? But he was speechless. 13 Then the king said to the servants, Binding his feet and hands, take him away and throw him out into the outer darkness. There shall be weeping and gnashing of the teeth. 14 For many are called, but few chosen. 15 Then going, the Pharisees took counsel so as they might trap Him in words. 16 And they sent to Him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Teacher, we know that you are true, and teach the way of God in truth, and it does not concern you about anyone, for you do not look to the face of men. 17 Then tell us, what do you think? Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not? 18 But knowing their wickedness, Jesus said, Why do you test Me, hypocrites? 19 Show Me the tribute coin. And they brought a denarius to Him. 20 And He said to them, Whose image and inscription is this? 21 They said to Him, Caesar's. Then He said to them, Then give to Caesar the things of Caesar, and to God the things of God. 22 And hearing, they marveled. And leaving Him, they went away. 23 On that day, Sadducees, who say there is no resurrection, came to Him. And they questioned Him, 24 saying, Teacher, Moses said, If any should die not having children, his brother shall marry his wife, and shall raise up seed to his brother. Deut. 25:5 25 And seven brothers were with us. And having married, the first expired, and not having seed left his wife to his brother. 26 In the same way also the second, and the third, until the seven. 27 And last of all, the woman also died. 28 Then in the resurrection, of which of the seven will she be wife? For all had her. 29 And answering, Jesus said to them, You err, not knowing the Scriptures nor the power of God. 30 For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but they are as the angels of God in Heaven. 31 But concerning the resurrection of the dead, have you not read that spoken to you by God, saying: 32 "I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob?" God is not God of the dead, but of the living. Ex. 3:6 33 And hearing, the crowds were astonished at His doctrine. 34 But hearing that He had silenced the Sadducees, the Pharisees were gathered together. 35 And one of them, a lawyer, questioned Him, testing Him, and saying, 36 Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law? 37 And Jesus said to him, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind." Deut. 6:5 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like it: "You shall love your neighbor as yourself." Lev. 19:18 40 On these two commandments all the Law and the Prophets hang. 41 But the Pharisees having been gathered, Jesus questioned them, 42 saying, What do you think about the Christ? Whose son is He? They say to Him, David's. 43 He said to them, Then how does David in Spirit call Him Lord, saying, 44 "The Lord said to my Lord, Sit on My right until I place Your enemies as a footstool for Your feet?" LXX-Psa. 109:1; MT-Psa. 110:1 45 Then if David calls Him Lord, how is He his son? 46 And no one was able to answer Him a word, nor did anyone dare from that day to question Him any more.

John 15:11

11 I have spoken these things to you that My joy may abide in you, and your joy may be full.

Romans 14:1-23

1 And receive the one who is weak in the faith, not to judgments of your thoughts. 2 One indeed believes to eat all things, but being weak, another one eats vegetables. 3 The one eating, do not despise the one not eating. And the one not eating, do not judge the one eating, for God received him. 4 Who are you judging another's servant? To his own master he stands or falls. But he will stand, for God is able to make him stand. 5 One indeed judges a day above another day; and another one judges every day alike . Let each one be fully assured in his own mind. 6 The one minding the day, he minds it to the Lord. And the one not minding the day, he does not mind it to the Lord. The one eating, he eats to the Lord; for he gives thanks to God. And the one not eating, he does not eat to the Lord, and gives thanks to God. 7 For no one of us lives to himself and no one dies to himself. 8 For both if we live, we live to the Lord; and if we die, we die to the Lord. Then both if we live, and if we die, we are the Lord's. 9 For this Christ both died and rose and lived again, that He might be Lord over both the dead and the living. 10 But why do you judge your brother? Or why also do you despise your brother? For all shall stand before the judgment seat of Christ. 11 For it has been written, " As I live, says the Lord, that every knee will bow to Me, and every tongue confess to God." Isa. 49:18; 45:23 12 So then each one of us will give account concerning himself to God. 13 Then let us no longer judge one another, but rather judge this, not to put a stumbling-block or an offense toward a brother. 14 I know and am persuaded in the Lord Jesus that nothing by itself is common; except to the one counting anything to be common, it is common. 15 But if your brother is grieved because of your food, you no longer walk according to love. Do not by your food destroy that one for whom Christ died. 16 Then do not let your good be spoken evil of. 17 For the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. 18 For the one serving Christ in these things is pleasing to God, and approved by men. 19 So then let us pursue the things of peace, and the things for building up one another. 20 Do not by your food undo the work of God. Truly, all things are clean, but it is bad to the man who eats through a stumbling-block. 21 It is good not to eat flesh, nor to drink wine, nor anything by which your brother stumbles, or is offended, or is weak. 22 Do you have faith? Have it to yourself before God. Blessed is the one not condemning himself in what he approves. 23 But the one doubting, if he eats, he has been condemned, because it is not of faith; and whatever is not of faith is sin.

Romans 16:1-27

1 But I commend our sister Phoebe to you, being a servant of the church in Cenchrea, 2 that you may receive her in the Lord, as is worthy of the saints, and may assist her in whatever thing she may need of you. For she also became a helper of many, and of myself. 3 Greet Priscilla and Aquila, my fellow workers in Christ Jesus, 4 who laid down their neck for my soul, to whom not only I give thanks, but also all the churches of the nations. 5 And greet the church at their house, and my beloved Epenetus, who is a firstfruit of Achaia for Christ. 6 Greet Mary, who did much labor for us. 7 Greet Andronicus and Junias, my kinsmen and fellow prisoners, noted among the apostles, who also were in Christ before me. 8 Greet Amplias my beloved in the Lord. 9 Greet Urbanus, our helper in Christ, and my beloved Stachys. 10 Greet Apelles, the approved in Christ; Greet those of Aristobulus. 11 Greet Herodion, my kinsman. Greet those of Narcissus, those being in the Lord. 12 Greet Tryphena and Tryphosa, those laboring in the Lord. Greet Persis the beloved, who has labored in many things in the Lord. 13 Greet Rufus, the chosen in the Lord, and his mother and mine. 14 Greet Asyncritus, Phlegon, Hermas, Patrobas, Hermes, and the brothers with them. 15 Greet Philologus and Julias, Nereus and his sister, and Olympas, and all the saints with them. 16 Greet one another with a holy kiss. The churches of Christ greet you. 17 And brothers I exhort you to watch those making divisions and causes of stumbling contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and turn away from them. 18 For such ones do not serve our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly, and by smooth speaking and flattering they deceive the hearts of those without guile. 19 For your obedience reached to all; therefore, I rejoice over you. But I desire you to be truly wise as to good, but simple toward evil. 20 And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen. 21 Timothy, my fellowworker, and Lucius, and Jason, and Sosipater, my kinsmen, greet you. 22 I, Tertius, the one writing the epistle, greet you in the Lord. 23 Gaius, the host of all the church and me, greets you. Erastus, the steward of the city, and Quartus the brother, greet you. 24 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen. 25 Now to Him who is able to establish you according to my gospel, and the proclaiming of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery having been kept unvoiced during eternal times, 26 but now has been made plain, and by prophetic Scriptures, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known for obedience of faith to all the nations; 27 to the only wise God through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever. Amen.

Matthew 2:11

11 And having come into the house, they saw the child with His mother Mary. And falling down, they worshiped Him. And opening their treasures, they presented gifts to Him: gold and frankincense and myrrh.

Luke 15:3-10

3 And He spoke to them this parable, saying, 4 What man of you having a hundred sheep, and losing one of them, does not leave the ninety nine in the deserted place and go after the lost one until he finds it? 5 And finding it, he puts it on his shoulders, rejoicing. 6 And coming to the house, he calls together the friends and neighbors, saying to them, Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep that had been lost. 7 I say to you that so is joy in Heaven over one sinner repenting, than over ninety nine righteous ones who have no need of repentance. 8 Or what woman having ten drachmas, if she loses one drachma does not light a lamp and sweep the house, and look carefully until she finds it? 9 And finding it, she calls together the friends and neighbors, saying, Rejoice with me, for I have found the drachma which I lost. 10 I say to you, so there is joy before the angels of God over one sinner repenting.

Romans 14:5-6

5 One indeed judges a day above another day; and another one judges every day alike . Let each one be fully assured in his own mind. 6 The one minding the day, he minds it to the Lord. And the one not minding the day, he does not mind it to the Lord. The one eating, he eats to the Lord; for he gives thanks to God. And the one not eating, he does not eat to the Lord, and gives thanks to God.

Ecclesiastes 3:13

Ecclesiastes 3:4

4 a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;

1 Corinthians 5:8

8 So let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, nor with leaven of malice and of evil, but with unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.

Luke 15:23-24

23 And bring the fattened calf, slaughter and let us eat and be merry; 24 for this son of mine was dead, and lived again, and was lost, and was found. And they began to be merry.

1 Corinthians 10:31

31 Then whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all things to the glory of God.

Psalms 150:1-6

1 Praise Jehovah! Praise God in His holy place; praise Him in the expanse of His might. 2 Praise Him in His mighty acts; praise Him according to His excellent greatness. 3 Praise Him with the sound of the trumpet; praise Him with the harp and lyre. 4 Praise Him with the timbrel and dance; praise Him with strings and pipes. 5 Praise Him on the sounding cymbals; praise Him with the resounding cymbals. 6 Let everything that breathes praise Jehovah. Praise Jehovah!
