¹⁰ _⌊He has described a circle_⌋* on the face of the water _⌊between light and darkness_⌋.*

⁴¹ Who prepares for the crow its prey, when its young ones cry to God for help, and they wander around _⌊for lack of food_⌋?*

¹⁰ But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, in which the heavens will disappear with a rushing noise, and the celestial bodies will be destroyed by* being burned up, and the earth and the deeds done on it will be disclosed.

⁵ He established the earth on her foundations, so that it will not be moved forever and ever.

¹³ You struggle with your many consultations;* let them stand, now, and save you— those who see the stars, divide the _⌊celestial sphere_⌋,* who inform by new moons— from those things that are coming upon you. ¹⁴ Look! They are like stubble; the fire burns them completely. They cannot deliver _⌊themselves_⌋* from the _⌊power_⌋* of the flame; there is no coal _⌊for warming oneself_⌋,* no fire before which to sit.

O God, give your judgments to the king, and your righteousness to the king's son. ² May he judge your people with righteousness, and your poor with justice. ³ Let the mountains yield prosperity* for the people, and the hills in righteousness. ⁴ May he provide justice for the poor of the people, save the children of the needy, and crush the oppressor. ⁵ May he live long* _⌊while the sun endures_⌋* _⌊as long as the moon_⌋* _⌊for all generations_⌋.* ⁶ May he descend like rain on mown grass, like showers watering the earth. ⁷ May what is right blossom in his days and an abundance of peace, until the moon is no more. ⁸ And may he rule from sea up to sea, and from the River* to the edges of the land. ⁹ Let the desert dwellers bow down before him, and his enemies lick the dust. ¹⁰ Let the kings of Tarshish and the islands bring tribute. Let all nations serve him. ¹² Indeed he will deliver the needy who is crying for help, and the afflicted who has no helper. ¹³ He will take pity on the helpless and needy, and the lives of the needy he will save. ¹⁴ From oppression and from violence he will redeem their lives, and their blood will be precious in his eyes. ¹⁵ So may he live, and may gold from Sheba be given to him, and may prayers be offered for him continually. May blessings be invoked for him _⌊all day long_⌋.* ¹⁶ May there be an abundance of grain in the land even on the top of the mountains. May his crop* sway like the trees of Lebanon, and may those from the city blossom like the grass of the earth. ¹⁷ May his name endure forever. May his name increase _⌊as long as the sun shines_⌋,* and let them be blessed in him. Let all nations call him blessed. ¹⁸ Blessed be Yahweh God, the God of Israel, who alone does wonderful things. ¹⁹ And blessed be his glorious name forever, and may the whole earth be filled with his glory. ¹ Praise Yah.* Praise Yahweh from the heavens; praise him in the heights. ² Praise him, all his angels; praise him, all his hosts.* ³ Praise him, sun and moon; praise him, all stars of light. ⁴ Praise him, _⌊highest heavens_⌋,* and waters above the heavens. ⁵ Let them praise the name of Yahweh, because he commanded and they were created. ⁶ And he put them in place forever and ever, by a decree he gave that will not pass away. ⁷ Praise Yahweh from the earth— great sea creatures and all deeps, ⁸ fire and hail, snow and cloud,* stormy wind doing his bidding,* ⁹ the mountains and all hills, fruit trees and all cedars, ¹⁰ beasts and all cattle,* creeping things and _⌊flying birds_⌋,* ¹¹ kings of the earth and all peoples, princes and all judges of the earth, ¹² young men and young women as well, the old together with the young— ¹³ let them praise the name of Yahweh, because his name alone is is exalted. His splendor is above earth and heavens. ¹⁴ And he has raised high a horn for his people, praise for all his faithful— for the children of Israel, a people close to him. Praise Yah.*

⁵ The sun rises, and the sun goes down; to its place it hurries,* and there it rises again.

¹⁹ _⌊And do this so that you do not lift_⌋* your eyes toward heaven and _⌊observe_⌋* the sun and the moon and the stars, all the host of the heaven, and be led astray and bow down to them and serve them, things that Yahweh your God has allotted to all of the peoples under all of the heaven.
