Psalms 103:1-20

1 Of David.*
Bless Yahweh, O my soul, and all within me, bless his holy name. 2 Bless Yahweh, O my soul, and do not forget all his benefits: 3 who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases, 4 who redeems your life from the pit, who crowns you with loyal love and mercies, 5 who satisfies your life with good so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's. 6 Yahweh does deeds of justice and judgments for all who are oppressed, 7 who made known his ways to Moses, his deeds to the people* of Israel. 8 Yahweh is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger* and abundant in loyal love. 9 He does not dispute continually, nor keep his anger forever. 10 He has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor repaid us according to our iniquities. 11 For as the heavens are high above the earth, so his loyal love prevails over those who fear him. 12 As far as east is from west, so he has removed far from us the guilt of our transgressions. 13 As a father pities* his children, so Yahweh pities* those who fear him. 14 For he knows our frame.* He remembers that we are dust. 15 As for man, his days are like the grass. As the flower of the field, so he blossoms. 16 When the wind passes over it, it is no more, and its place knows it no longer. 17 But the loyal love of Yahweh is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear him, and his righteousness to their children's children, 18 to those who keep his covenant and remember to do his precepts. 19 Yahweh has established his throne in the heavens, and his kingdom rules over all. 20 Bless Yahweh, you his angels, you mighty heroes who do his word by obeying* the sound of his word.

John 3:3

3 Jesus answered and said to him, "Truly, truly I say to you, unless someone is born from above,* he is not able to see the kingdom of God."

John 3:16

16 For in this way God loved the world, so that he gave his one and only Son, in order that everyone who believes in him will not perish, but will have eternal life.

Philippians 2:12-15

12 Therefore my dear friends, just as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. 13 For the one at work in you, both to will and to work for his good pleasure, is God. 14 Do all things without grumbling and disputing, 15 in order that you may become blameless and innocent, children of God without fault* in the midst of a crooked and perverted generation, among whom you shine as stars in the world,*

Psalms 119:50

50 This is my comfort in my misery: that your word* preserves my life.

Romans 12:2

2 And do not be conformed to this age, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, so that you may approve what is the good and well-pleasing and perfect will of God.

2 Corinthians 5:17

17 Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old things have passed away; behold, new things have come.
