³¹ And as you would that men should do to you, do you also to them likewise.

¹⁰ He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much. ¹¹ If therefore you have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches? ¹² And if you have not been faithful in that which is another man's, who shall give you that which is your own?

³² For if you love those who love you, what thanks have you? for sinners also love those that love them. ³³ And if you do good to those who do good to you, what thanks have you? for sinners also do even the same. ³⁴ And if you lend to them of whom you hope to receive, what thanks have you? for sinners also lend to sinners, to receive as much again. ³⁵ But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and you shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind even unto the unthankful and to the evil. ³⁶ Be you therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful. ³⁷ Judge not, and you shall not be judged: condemn not, and you shall not be condemned: forgive, and you shall be forgiven: ³⁸ Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that you mete out it shall be measured back to you again. ³⁹ And he spoke a parable unto them, Can the blind lead the blind? shall they not both fall into the ditch? ⁴⁰ The disciple is not above his master: but every one that is perfect shall be as his master. ⁴¹ And why do you behold the speck that is in your brother's eye, but perceive not the beam that is in your own eye? ⁴² Either how can you say to your brother, Brother, let me pull out the speck that is in your eye, when you yourself behold not the beam that is in your own eye? You hypocrite, cast out first the beam out of your own eye, and then shall you see clearly to pull out the speck that is in your brother's eye.

²⁶ If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridles not his tongue, but deceives his own heart, this man's religion is vain.

⁹ Lie not one to another, seeing that you have put off the old man with his deeds;

⁵ Let your conduct be without covetousness; and be content with such things as you have: for he has said, I will never leave you, nor forsake you.

⁷ Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man sows, that shall he also reap. ⁸ For he that sows to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that sows to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

²⁷ You have heard that it was said by them of old time, You shall not commit adultery: ²⁸ But I say unto you, That whosoever looks on a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart.

⁴ Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.

¹⁷ Therefore to him that knows to do good, and does it not, to him it is sin.
