⁹ Have not I commanded you? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be you dismayed: for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.

³⁴ Take therefore no thought for tomorrow: for tomorrow shall take thought of the things for itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

³³ But seek you first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

⁴¹ And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, you are anxious and troubled about many things: ⁴² But one thing is needful: and Mary has chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.

²⁵ Heaviness in the heart of man makes him stoop: but a good word makes him glad.

³¹ What shall we then say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

⁵ I called upon the LORD in distress: the LORD answered me, and set me in a broad place. ⁶ The LORD is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?

²² Cast your burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain you: he shall never permit the righteous to be moved.

²⁷ Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world gives, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

⁶ Be anxious for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
