¹⁸ And Jesus came to them and spake unto them, saying, All authority hath been given unto me in heaven and on earth. ¹⁹ Go ye, and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit; ²⁰ teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

⁴ HEAR, O ISRAEL: THE LORD OUR GOD, THE LORD IS ONE. ⁵ And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. ⁶ And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be upon thy heart; ⁷ and thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thy house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. ⁸ And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thy hand, and they shall be for frontlets between thine eyes. ⁹ And thou shalt write them upon the door-posts of thy house, and upon thy gates.

¹³ Till I come, give heed to reading, to exhortation, to teaching.

² preach the word, be urgent in season, out of season, reprove, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching.

¹ Be not many of you teachers, my brethren, knowing that we shall receive heavier judgment.

²³ But foolish and ignorant questionings refuse, knowing that they gender strifes. ²⁴ And the Lord's servant must not strive, but be gentle towards all, apt to teach, forbearing, ²⁵ in meekness correcting them that oppose themselves, if peradventure God may give them repentance unto the knowledge of the truth, ²⁶ and they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, having been taken captive by him unto his will.

¹⁶ Every scripture, inspired of God, is also profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for instruction which is in righteousness. ¹⁷ That the man of God may be complete, furnished completely unto every good work.
