²¹ There are many devices in a man's heart; but the counsel of the LORD, that shall stand.

¹⁹ The LORD hath established His throne in the heavens; and His kingdom ruleth over all.

⁶ Whatsoever the LORD pleased, that hath He done, in heaven and in earth, in the seas and in all deeps;

⁹ Remember the former things of old: that I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like Me; ¹⁰ Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things that are not yet done; saying: 'My counsel shall stand, and all My pleasure will I do';

³⁵ (4:32) And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing; and He doeth according to His will in the host of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth; and none can stay His hand, or say unto Him: What doest Thou?

²⁸ And we know that to them that love God all things work together for good, even to them that are called according to his purpose.

¹⁸ So then he hath mercy on whom he will, and whom he will be hardeneth.

¹¹ in him, I say, in whom also we were made a heritage, having been foreordained according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his will,

² I know that Thou canst do every thing, and that no purpose can be withholden from Thee.

³ But our God is in the heavens; whatsoever pleased Him He hath done.

⁹ A man's heart deviseth his way; but the LORD directeth his steps.

¹¹ Thine, O LORD, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty; for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is Thine; Thine is the kingdom, O LORD, and Thou art exalted as head above all. ¹² Both riches and honour come of Thee, and Thou rulest over all; and in Thy hand is power and might; and in Thy hand it is to make great, and to give strength unto all.
