³ and said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be changed and be as little children, ye shall in no wise enter into the kingdom of heaven.

³² And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.

¹¹ in whom also we have obtained our inheritance, predestinated according to the purpose of him who effectually worketh all things according to the counsel of his own will:

⁸ For by grace ye are saved through faith, and this not of yourselves; it is the gift of God: ⁹ not by works, lest any man should boast; ¹⁰ for we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, for which God hath before prepared us, that we should walk therein.

¹⁷ Faith then cometh by report, but the report by the word of God.

"The word is nigh thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart:" that is, the word of faith which we preach; ⁹ That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thy heart that God raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. ¹⁰ For with the heart faith is exercised unto righteousness; and with the mouth is confession made unto salvation. ¹¹ For the scripture saith, "Every one who believeth in him shall not be confounded." ¹² For there is no difference between either Jew or Greek: for the same Lord of all is rich to all that call upon him. ¹³ "For every one shall be saved, whosoever calleth on the name of the Lord."

¹⁶ Well then, it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God who sheweth mercy.

⁵ having predestinated us for his adopted children by Jesus Christ unto himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,

⁴⁴ No man can come to me, except the Father who hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.

⁵¹ Ye stiff-necked and uncircumcised in heart and in ears, ye do always oppose yourselves against the Holy Ghost: as your fathers, so are ye.
