¹⁴ The Lord shall fight for you: therefore hold you your peace.

¹⁵ He that iustifieth the wicked, and he that condemneth the iust, euen they both are abomination to the Lord.

²⁴ Faire wordes are as an hony combe, sweetenesse to the soule, and health to the bones.

¹² Therefore whatsoeuer ye woulde that men should doe to you, euen so doe ye to them: for this is the Lawe and the Prophets.

⁸ Finally, be ye all of one minde: one suffer with another: loue as brethren: bee pitifull: bee courteous, ⁹ Not rendring euil for euill, neither rebuke for rebuke: but contrarywise blesse, knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should be heires of blessing. ¹⁰ For if any man long after life, and to see good dayes, let him refraine his tongue from euill, and his lippes that they speake no guile. ¹¹ Let him eschew euil, and do good: let him seeke peace, and follow after it.

¹⁵ But sanctifie the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready alwayes to giue an answere to euery man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you, with meekenesse and reuerence,

¹ Judge not, that ye be not iudged.

²⁸ And he sayd vnto them, Ye know that it is an vnlawfull thing for a man that is a Iewe, to company, or come vnto one of another nation: but God hath shewed me, that I should not call any man polluted, or vncleane.

⁶ If thy brother, the sonne of thy mother, or thine owne sonne, or thy daughter, or the wife, that lyeth in thy bosome, or thy friend, which is as thine owne soule, intice thee secretly, saying, Let vs goe and serue other gods, (which thou hast not knowen, thou, I say, nor thy fathers) ⁷ Any of the gods of the people which are round about you, neere vnto thee or farre off from thee, from the one ende of the earth vnto ye other: ⁸ Thou shalt not cosent vnto him, nor heare him, neither shall thine eye pitie him, nor shewe mercie, nor keepe him secret: ⁹ But thou shalt euen kill him: thine hand shall be first vpon him to put him to death, and then the handes of all the people. ¹⁰ And thou shalt stone him with stones, that he dye (because he hath gone about to thrust thee away from the Lord thy God, which brought thee out of ye land of Egypt, from ye house of bondage)

⁷ And while they continued asking him, hee lift himselfe vp, and sayde vnto them, Let him that is among you without sinne, cast the first stone at her.

¹ Him that is weake in the faith, receiue vnto you, but not for controuersies of disputations. ² One beleeueth that he may eate of all things: and another, which is weake, eateth herbes. ³ Let not him that eateth, despise him that eateth not: and let not him which eateth not, condemne him that eateth: for God hath receiued him. ⁴ Who art thou that condemnest another mans seruant? hee standeth or falleth to his owne master: yea, he shalbe established: for God is able to make him stand.

² With all humblenesse of minde, and meekenesse, with long suffering, supporting one an other through loue,

¹¹ But nowe I haue written vnto you, that ye companie not together: if any that is called a brother, be a fornicatour, or couetous, or an idolater, or a rayler, or a drunkard, or an extortioner, with such one eate not.

¹⁰ If there come any vnto you, and bring not this doctrine, receiue him not to house, neither bid him, God speede: ¹¹ For he that biddeth him, God speede, is partaker of his euill deedes. Although I had many things to write vnto you, yet I woulde not write with paper and ynke: but I trust to come vnto you, and speake mouth to mouth, that our ioy may be full.

¹ I charge thee therefore before God, and before the Lord Iesus Christ, which shall iudge the quicke and dead at that his appearing, and in his kingdome, ² Preach the worde: be instant, in season and out of season: improue, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine.
