¹⁴ Thou shalt not commit adulterie.

³² But he that committeth adulterie with a woman, he is destitute of vnderstanding: he that doeth it, destroyeth his owne soule.

⁵ Mortifie therefore your members which are on the earth, fornication, vncleannes, the inordinate affection, euill concupiscence, and couetousnes which is idolatrie.

¹³ Meates are ordeined for the bellie, and the belly for the meates: but God shall destroy both it, and them. Nowe the bodie is not for fornication, but for the Lord, and the Lord for the bodie.

⁹ Knowe yee not that the vnrighteous shall not inherite the kingdome of God? Be not deceiued: neither fornicatours, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor wantons, nor buggerers, ¹⁰ Nor theeues, nor couetous, nor drunkards, nor railers, nor extortioners shall inherite the kingdome of God.

¹³ So that wee walke honestly, as in the day: not in gluttonie, and drunkennesse, neither in chambering and wantonnes, nor in strife and enuying. ¹⁴ But put yee on the Lord JESUS CHRIST, and take no thought for the flesh, to fulfill the lustes of it.

¹⁹ Moreouer the workes of the flesh are manifest, which are adulterie, fornication, vncleannes, wantonnes, ²⁰ Idolatrie, witchcraft, hatred, debate, emulations, wrath, contentions, seditions, heresies, ²¹ Enuie, murthers, drunkennesse, gluttonie, and such like, whereof I tell you before, as I also haue tolde you before, that they which doe such things, shall not inherite the kingdome of God.

⁷ Nowe therefore after these thinges, his masters wife cast her eyes vpon Ioseph, and saide, Lye with me. ⁸ But he refused and said to his masters wife, Beholde, my master knoweth not what he hath in the house with me, but hath committed all that he hath to mine hande. ⁹ There is no man greater in this house then I: neither hath he kept any thing from me, but only thee, because thou art his wife: how then can I do this great wickednes and so sinne against God? ¹⁰ And albeit she spake to Ioseph day by day, yet he hearkened not vnto her, to lye with her, or to be in her company.

¹⁸ Flee fornication: euery sinne that a man doeth, is without the bodie: but hee that committeth fornication, sinneth against his owne bodie. ¹⁹ Knowe yee not, that your body is the temple of the holy Ghost, which is in you, whom ye haue of God? and yee are not your owne. ²⁰ For yee are bought for a price: therefore glorifie God in your bodie, and in your spirit: for they are Gods.

⁵ Defraude not one another, except it be with consent for a time, that ye may giue your selues to fasting and praier, and againe come together that Satan tempt you not for your incontinecie.

²⁸ But I say vnto you, that whosoeuer looketh on a woman to lust after her, hath committed adulterie with her already in his heart.

³ For this is the will of God euen your sanctification, and that ye should abstaine from fornication, ⁴ That euery one of you should know, how to possesse his vessell in holines and honour, ⁵ And not in the lust of concupiscence, euen as the Gentiles which know not God:

¹⁸ Let thy fountaine be blessed, and reioyce with the wife of thy youth. ¹⁹ Let her be as the louing hinde and pleasant roe: let her brests satisfie thee at all times, and delite in her loue continually.

² Neuertheles, to auoide fornication, let euery man haue his wife, and let euery woman haue her owne husband.

²⁴ Therefore shall man leaue his father and his mother, and shall cleaue to his wife, and they shall be one flesh.

¹⁸ Flee fornication: euery sinne that a man doeth, is without the bodie: but hee that committeth fornication, sinneth against his owne bodie.

³ Let the husband giue vnto the wife due beneuolence, and likewise also the wife vnto the husband. ⁴ The wife hath not the power of her owne bodie, but ye husband: and likewise also the husband hath not ye power of his own body, but the wife. ⁵ Defraude not one another, except it be with consent for a time, that ye may giue your selues to fasting and praier, and againe come together that Satan tempt you not for your incontinecie.

⁴ Mariage is honorable among all, and the bed vndefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will iudge.
