¹⁹ And sayde vnto Moses, Talke thou with vs, and we will heare: but let not God talke with vs, lest we die.

⁷ And there was a cloude that shadowed them, and a voyce came out of the cloude, saying, This is my beloued Sonne: heare him.

²¹ But he answered, and sayd vnto them, My mother and my brethren are these which heare the worde of God, and doe it.

¹³ For this cause also thanke we God without ceasing, that when ye receiued the worde of God, which ye heard of vs, ye receiued it not as the worde of men, but as it is in deede the worde of God, which also worketh in you that beleeue.

¹⁹ Quench not the Spirit.

⁴⁷ He that is of God, heareth Gods wordes: yee therefore heare them not, because ye are not of God.

⁶ And because ye are sonnes, God hath sent foorth the Spirit of his Sonne into your heartes, which crieth, Abba, Father. ⁷ Wherefore, thou art no more a seruant, but a sonne: now if thou be a sone, thou art also the heire of God through Christ. ⁸ But euen then, when ye knewe not God, yee did seruice vnto them, which by nature are not gods: ⁹ But now seeing ye knowe God, yea, rather are knowen of God, howe turne ye againe vnto impotent and beggerly rudiments, whereunto as from the beginning ye wil be in bondage againe?

⁷ Let him that hath an eare, heare, what the Spirite saith vnto the Churches, To him that ouercommeth, will I giue to eate of the tree of life which is in the middes of the Paradise of God.

¹² He that reprooueth the wise, and the obedient eare, is as a golden earering and an ornament of fine golde.

²⁷ My sonne, heare no more the instruction, that causeth to erre from ye words of knowledge.

³³ But he that obeyeth me, shall dwell safely, and be quiet from feare of euill.

¹⁵ He that hath eares to heare, let him heare.

² And cause thine eares to hearken vnto wisdome, and encline thine heart to vnderstanding,

¹³ He that answereth a matter before hee heare it, it is folly and shame vnto him.

²⁰ Heare counsell and receiue instruction, that thou mayest be wise in thy latter ende.

¹⁹ Wherefore my deare brethren, let euery man be swift to heare, slowe to speake, and slowe to wrath.
