⁸ Also I heard the voyce of the Lord, saying, Whome shall I send? and who shall goe for vs? Then I sayd, Here am I, send me.

³⁸ Then Peter said vnto them, Amend your liues, and bee baptized euery one of you in the Name of Iesus Christ for the remission of sinnes: and ye shall receiue the gift of the holy Ghost.

⁶ Iesus sayd vnto him, I am that Way, and that Trueth, and that Life. No man commeth vnto the Father, but by me.

⁷ For God hath not called vs vnto vncleannesse, but vnto holinesse.

⁹ But yee are a chosen generation, a royall Priesthoode, an holy nation, a people set at libertie, that yee shoulde shewe foorth the vertues of him that hath called you out of darkenesse into his marueilous light,

¹⁰ And the God of all grace, which hath called vs vnto his eternall glory by Christ Iesus, after that ye haue suffered a litle, make you perfite, confirme, strengthen and stablish you.

¹⁶ Ye haue not chosen me, but I haue chosen you, and ordeined you, that ye goe and bring foorth fruite, and that your fruite remaine, that whatsoeuer ye shall aske of the Father in my Name, he may giue it you.

²⁶ For brethren, you see your calling, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble are called. ²⁷ But God hath chosen the foolish thinges of the world to confound the wise, and God hath chosen the weake thinges of the worlde, to confound the mightie things,

¹ I therefore, being prisoner in the Lord, praie you that yee walke worthie of the vocation whereunto yee are called,

⁴ There is one body, and one Spirit, euen as yee are called in one hope of your vocation.

¹¹ Wherefore, we also pray alwayes for you, that our God may make you worthy of this calling, and fulfill all the good pleasure of his goodnes, and the worke of faith with power, ¹² That the Name of our Lord Iesus Christ may be glorified in you, and ye in him, according to the grace of our God, and of the Lord Iesus Christ.

⁴ For as wee haue many members in one body, and all members haue not one office,

¹¹ For I knowe the thoughtes, that I haue thought towards you, saith the Lord, euen the thoughtes of peace, and not of trouble, to giue you an ende, and your hope.

²⁹ For the giftes and calling of God are without repentance.

¹⁰ Wherefore, brethren, giue rather diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye doe these things, ye shall neuer fall.

¹ I therefore, being prisoner in the Lord, praie you that yee walke worthie of the vocation whereunto yee are called, ² With all humblenesse of minde, and meekenesse, with long suffering, supporting one an other through loue, ³ Endeuouring to keepe the vnitie of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
