Romans 12:1-2

1 I BESEECH then of you, my brethren, by the mercies of Aloha, that you present [Or, make to stand, constitute.] your bodies a sacrifice, living and holy and acceptable unto Aloha, in a rational* service. [* Meliltho. Compare the use of the corresponding Chaldee word in the Targum of Onkelos on Gen 2:7, where the divine afflatus is described as creating in man ruch memalla, "a speaking or rational spirit."] 2 And be not likened unto this world, but be changed by the renewing of your minds, that you may discern what is the will of Aloha, good, and acceptable, and perfect.

11 FOR the all-saving grace of Aloha [Or, the grace of Aloha saving all.] hath appeared to all men, 12 and teacheth us to deny wickedness and the lusts of the world, and to live in this world in purity, and in rectitude, and in the fear of Aloha, 13 while expecting the blessed hope and the manifestation of the glory of the great God and our Saviour Jeshu Meshiha; 14 who gave himself for us, to redeem us from all iniquity, and to cleanse unto himself a new people,[Amo chadtho.] who are zealous of good works.

1 Corinthians 9:24-27

24 Know you not, that they who run in the course, run all, but one taketh to him the victory? So run, that you may take hold. 25 For every man who contendeth from every thing (besides with) holdeth his mind; and they who run (do it) that they may receive a crown that is corruptible, but we one that is incorruptible. 26 I therefore so run, not as about a thing unknown; and so smite I, as not smiting the air; 27 but my body I subdue and make subservient, lest when to others I shall have preached, I my very self shall be rejected.

2 Peter 1:5-7

5 So, with this, bringing in all diligence,[Or, gravity. Shekoltano.] add to your faith virtue; but to virtue knowledge, 6 but to knowledge perseverance, but to perseverance patience, but to patience godliness,[Dechalath Aloha, the fear, reverence, or worship of Aloha.] 7 but to godliness brotherly kindness, but to brotherly kindness love.

1 Corinthians 10:13

13 Temptation cometh not (upon) you but what cometh on mankind; but faithful is Aloha, who will not permit you to be tempted more than you are able, but will make to your temptation a departure, that you may be able to endure.
