⁴⁵ And blessed [is] she that believed; for there shall be a fulfillment of the things which have been spoken to her from the Lord.

¹⁶ But I say, Walk by the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.

¹⁰⁵ Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and light unto my path,

¹⁷ Wherefore if any man is in Christ, [he is] a new creature: the old things are passed away; behold, they are become new.

²¹ prove all things; hold fast that which is good;

¹⁶ Even so let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

¹⁰ And herein I give [my] judgment: for this is expedient for you, who were the first to make a beginning a year ago, not only to do, but also to will. ¹¹ But now complete the doing also; that as [there was] the readiness to will, so [there may be] the completion also out of your ability.

³ For if a man thinketh himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself. ⁴ But let each man prove his own work, and then shall he have his glorying in regard of himself alone, and not of his neighbour.

³¹ Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.
