² For all these things my hand has made, by my hand has these things been, said the LORD; but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit and trembles at my word.

²⁰ And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unfaithfulness; for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove from here to yonder place, and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.

²³ and blessed is whoever shall not be offended in me.

¹⁶ For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.

¹⁴ Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers, for what fellowship does righteousness have with unrighteousness? and what communion does light have with darkness? ¹⁵ And what concord does Christ have with Belial? or what part do the faithful have with the unfaithful? ¹⁶ And what agreement does the temple of God have with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God has said, I will dwell in them and walk in them and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. ¹⁷ Therefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and do not touch the unclean thing; and I will receive you ¹⁸ and will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

³ If anyone teaches otherwise and does not consent to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ and to the doctrine which is according to godliness, ⁴ he is puffed up, knowing nothing, but is driven mad concerning questions and controversy of words, of which comes envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings, ⁵ perverse disputings of men of corrupt understanding, and destitute of the truth, using piety as a source of gain: from such withdraw thyself.

⁶ But ask in faith, not doubting anything. For he that doubts is like the wave of the sea which is driven of the wind and is tossed from one side to another.

¹⁹ And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lies in wickedness. ²⁰ But we know that the Son of God is come and has given us understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life. ²¹ Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen.

²¹ ¶ Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of the heavens, but he that doeth the will of my Father who is in the heavens.

¹⁴ For many are called, but few are chosen.

²⁷ Then he said to Thomas, Reach here thy finger and behold my hands and reach here thy hand and thrust it into my side and be not unbelieving, but faithful. ²⁸ And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God. ²⁹ Jesus said unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed; blessed are those that have not seen and yet have believed.

⁵ having the appearance of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

⁸ For by grace are ye saved through faith and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God,

²² And receive some with mercy, discerning;

¹⁵ Love not the world neither the things that are in the world. If anyone loves the world, the charity of the Father is not in him. ¹⁶ For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. ¹⁷ And the world passes away and the lust thereof, but he that does the will of God abides for ever.

¹⁶ He that believes and is baptized shall be saved, but he that believes not shall be condemned.

⁴⁸ He that rejects me and does not receive my words has one that judges him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.

¹⁸ He that believes on him is not condemned, but he that does not believe is condemned already because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. ¹⁹ And this is the condemnation, that the light is come into the world, and men loved darkness more than the light because their deeds were evil.

¹¹ Therefore, for this cause, God shall send the operation of error in them, that they should believe the lie; ¹² that they all might be condemned who did not believe the truth, but consented to the iniquity.

²³ And Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe this, all things are possible to him that believes. ²⁴ And straightway the father of the child crying out with tears, said, Lord, I believe; help thou my unbelief. ²⁵ When Jesus saw that the multitude concurred, he rebuked the unclean spirit, saying unto him, Thou dumb and deaf spirit, I command thee, come out of him and enter no more into him.
