¹ ¶ Bear with the one who is sick in the faith, but not unto doubtful discernment.

¹⁵ ¶ Therefore if thy brother shall sin against thee, go and reprove him between thee and him alone; if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother. ¹⁶ But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. ¹⁷ And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the congregation {Gr. ekklesia – called out ones}; but if he neglects to hear the congregation, let him be unto thee as a worldly man and a publican.

¹ ¶ Let every soul submit itself to the higher powers. For there is no power but of God, and the powers that be are ordained of God.

²⁶ For as the Father has life in himself, so has he given to the Son to have life in himself ²⁷ and has also given him power and authority to execute judgment because he is the Son of man.

¹⁵ But he that is spiritual discerns all things, yet he is discerned by no one.

⁴ The strong One, whose work is perfect: for all his ways are right; a God of truth and without iniquity, just and upright is he.

²² For the Father judges no man but has committed all judgment unto the Son

⁴⁸ He that rejects me and does not receive my words has one that judges him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.

²⁴ Judge not according to the appearance, but judge with righteous judgment.

³⁰ I can of my own self do nothing; as I hear, I judge, and my judgment is just because I seek not my own will, but the will of the Father who has sent me.

¹² So then each one of us shall give account of himself to God.

¹ ¶ Judge not, that ye be not judged. ² For with the judgment with which ye judge, ye shall be judged, and with the measure with which ye measure, ye shall be measured again.

¹⁴ For God shall bring every work to judgment with every secret thing, whether it is good or whether it is evil.

¹⁰ But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou belittle thy brother? for we shall all stand before the tribunal of the Christ. ¹¹ For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God. ¹² So then each one of us shall give account of himself to God. ¹³ Let us, therefore, not judge one another any more, but judge this rather: that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother’s way.

³⁰ For we know who he is that has said, Vengeance belongs to me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.
