Genesis 28:20-22

20 And Yaaqov vows a vow, saying, Elohim is with me and guards me in this way I go and gives me bread to eat and clothing to enrobe, 21 so that I return to the house of my father in shalom; then Yah Veh becomes my Elohim: 22 and this stone, which I set for a monolith, becomes Beth Elohim: and of all you give me, in tithing, I tithe to you.

Leviticus 5:4-13

4 Or if a soul oath, pronouncing with his lips to vilify or to well-please - whatever a human pronounces with an oath and it is concealed from him - when he knows thereof, he guilts in one of these. 5 And so be it, when he guilts in one of these, he wrings his hands for that wherein he sinned: 6 and he brings to Yah Veh for his guilt -it is for the sin he sinned a female of the flock - a ewe lamb or a doe of the goats for the sin: and the priest kapars/atones for him for his sin. 7 And if his hand is not sufficient to touch a lamb, then he brings for his guilt he sinned, two turtledoves or two sons of doves to Yah Veh - one for the sin; and one for the holocaust: 8 and he brings them to the priest who first oblates that for the sin: and wrings off the head in front of the neck but divides it not: 9 and he sprinkles of the blood of that for the sin on the wall of the sacrifice altar: and he wrings out the surviving blood at the foundation of the sacrifice altar: - it is for the sin. 10 And he works the second for a holocaust, according to the judgment: and the priest kapars/atones for him - it is for the sin he sinned and he becomes forgiven. 11 And if his hand is not sufficient to attain two turtledoves or two sons of doves, then he who sins brings for his qorban the tenth of an ephah of flour for the sin; he neither puts oil thereon, nor gives any frankincense thereon: - it is for the sin. 12 And he brings it to the priest and the priest handles his handful thereof - a memorial thereof and incenses it on the sacrifice altar according to the firings to Yah Veh: - it is for the sin. 13 And the priest kapars/atones for him concerning his sin he sinned in one of these - and he becomes forgiven: and it becomes to the priest - an offering.

HANAN YAH AND SAPPHIRA LIE TO THE HOLY SPIRIT
But a man named Hanan Yah, with Sapphira his woman, sell a possession; 2 and keep back of the price - his woman also being aware; and brings a part and places it at the feet of the apostles. 3 But Petros says, Hanan Yah, why has Satan filled/shalamed your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit, to keep back of the price of the parcel? 4 In abiding, abode it not indeed yours? And, being sold, was it in your own authority? Why place you this matter in your heart? You lie, not to humanity, but to Elohim. 5 And hearing these words, Hanan Yah falls down and expires: and so be it, a mega awe on all who hear these: 6 and the youths rise and enshroud him and bring him forth and entomb him. 7 And so be it, about the interval of three hours after, his woman, not knowing what had become, enters. 8 And Petros answers her, Say to me, whether you gave the parcel for so much? And she says, Yes, for so much. 9 And Petros says to her, Why symphonized you to test the Spirit of Yah Veh? Behold, the feet of them who entombed your man are at the portal, and bring you forth. 10 And immediately, she falls at his feet and expires: and the youths enter and find her dead; and bring her and entomb her by her man. 11 And so be it, a mega awe on all the ecclesia, and on all who hear these.

VOWS TO YAH VEH
And Mosheh words to the heads of the rods concerning the sons of Yisra El, saying, This is the word Yah Veh misvahs: 2 When a man vows a vow to Yah Veh, or oaths an oath to bind a bond on his soul, he profanes not his word; he works according to all proceeding from his mouth. 3 And when a woman vows a vow to Yah Veh, and in her youth binds a bond in the house of her father; 4 and her father hears the vow and the bond she binds on her soul, and her father hushes; then all her vows become raised: and every bond she binds on her soul becomes raised. 5 And if, in the day he hears, her father disallows her; none of her vows or of the bonds she binds on her soul become raised: and Yah Veh forgives her, because her father disallowed her. 6 And if she becomes to a man, and her vows are on her, or binds the utterance of her lips on her soul; 7 and her man hears, and in the day he hears, hushes; then her vows become raised and the bonds she binds on her soul become raised: 8 and if, on the day he hears, her man disallows her, then he breaks the vow she vowed and the utterance of her lips she bound on her soul; and Yah Veh forgives her. 9 And the vow of a widow or an expelled, all she binds on her soul becomes raised against her: 10 and if she vowed in the house of her man, or bound a bond on her soul with an oath; 11 and her man hears, and hushes at her, and disallows her not; then all her vows become raised and every bond she bound on her soul becomes raised. 12 And if in breaking, her man breaks them on the day he hears them; then whatever proceeded from her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond on her soul, becomes not raised: her man broke them and Yah Veh forgives her. 13 Every vow and every bonded oath to humble the soul, her man raises or her man breaks. 14 And if in hushing, her man hushes at her day by day; then he raises all her vows and all her bonds being on her: he raises them because he hushed at her in the day he heard them. 15 And if in breaking, he breaks them after he hears them; then he bears her perversity. 16 These are the statutes Yah Veh misvahed Mosheh between a man and his woman, between the father and his daughter, still in her youth in the house of her father.

21
THE TORAH ON VOWS When you vow a vow to Yah Veh your Elohim, delay not to shalam it: for in requiring, Yah Veh your Elohim requires of you; and it becomes sin in you: 22 and when you cease to vow it becomes not sin in you. 23 Guard and work what proceeds from your lips as you vow to Yah Veh your Elohim - even the voluntary you word with your mouth.

Why enrage Elohim at your voice and despoil the work of your hands?
