Psalms 38:1-22

1 By David; To remember. O Yah Veh, neither reprove me in your rage nor discipline me in your fury: 2 for your arrows penetrate me and your hand penetrates me. 3 There is neither integrity in my flesh at the face of your rage; nor any shalom in my bones at the face of my sin. 4 For my perversities pass over my head; as a heavy burden, too heavy for me: 5 my wounds stink and dissolve at the face of my folly: 6 I bend; I prostrate mightily; I go darkened all the day long: 7 for my flanks are filled with scorching - no soundness in my flesh. 8 I am exhausted and mighty crushed; I roar from the growling of my heart: 9 Adonay, all my desire is in front of you; and my sighing is not hid from you. 10 My heart palpitates; my force forsakes me; as for the light of my eyes, they are not with me: 11 my lovers and my friends stand against my plague; my neighbours stand afar off: 12 they who seek my soul, snare me; and they who seek my evil, word calamities and meditate deceits all the day long. 13 And I, as deaf, hear not - as a mute who opens not his mouth 14 - as a man who hears not whose mouth reproofs not. 15 For in you, O Yah Veh, I await; answer, O Adonay my Elohim. 16 For I say, lest they cheer over me; when my foot totters they greaten against me. 17 For I am prepared to limp and my sorrow is continually in front of me. 18 For I tell my perversity - concerned for my sin: 19 and my enemies enliven and they are mighty: they who hate me falsely abound by the myriads; 20 they who shalam evil for good are my satans - because I pursue good. 21 Forsake me not, O Yah Veh; O my Elohim, be not far from me. 22 Hasten to help me, O Adonay my salvation.

Matthew 26:39

39 And he proceeds and falls on his face and prays, wording, O my Father, if possible, pass this cup from me - however, not as I will - but as you will.

1 Peter 2:24

24 who his own self took our sins in his own body on the staff, that we, being dead to sins, live to justness: by whose bruises you are healed.

Romans 5:3-4

3 And not only, but we also boast in tribulations: knowing that tribulation works endurance; 4 and endurance, proof; and proof, hope:

James 5:14-16

14 Is any frail among you? Call for the elders of the ecclesia to pray over him; anointing him with olive oil in the name of Adonay: 15 and the vow of the trust saves the wearied and Adonay raises him; and if he does sins, they are forgiven. 16 Confess your backslidings to one another and vow for one another, to be healed. The energized petition of the just is mighty enough.
