¹⁸ A man of fury throttles strife; and he who is slow to wrath rests strife.

³¹ but they who await Yah Veh, change their force; they ascend with pinions as eagles; they run, and belabor not; and they walk, and weary not.

⁴ and endurance, proof; and proof, hope:

¹⁹ So then, my beloved brothers, thus be every human: quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:

¹⁹ For this is charism: if for sake of conscience toward Elohim one endures sorrow, suffering unjustly. ²⁰ For what fame is it, if you endure, when you are punched for your sinning? But if you endure, when you do good and suffer, this is charism with Elohim. ²¹ For even to this, you were called: because Messiah also suffered for us, leaving behind an example to follow his tracks ²² - who neither sinned nor was deceit found in his mouth: ²³ who, being abused, replied unabusively; suffering, threatened not; and surrendered himself to him who judges justly:

⁹ Be not hasty in your spirit to be vexed; for vexation rests in the bosom of fools.

¹¹ For I know the fabrications I fabricate toward you - an oracle of Yah Veh: fabrications of shalom and not of evil, to give you a posterity and hope.

⁴ Love is patient and is kind, love is never jealous, love never brags, never puffs,

² with all humblemindedness and meekness, with patience, tolerating one another in love;

⁷ Be still in Yah Veh and writhe for him; inflame not because of him who prospers in his way - because of the man who works intrigue. ⁸ Slacken wrath and forsake fury; inflame not to vilify. ⁹ For vilifiers are cut off; and they who await Yah Veh possess the earth.

⁶ Be anxious for naught; but in all by prayer and petition with eucharist have Elohim know your requests.

²⁵ And if we hope for what we see not, thus we, through endurance, await.

⁹ And let us not weary in doing good: for in our own season we harvest - if we weaken not.
