20 But as for you, you fabricated evil against me; but Elohim fabricated it to good, in order to work, as this day, to preserve many people alive.

Psalms 119:1-176

1 ALEPH. 1 Blithed - the integrious in the way, who walk in the torah of Yah Veh: 2 blithed - they who guard his witnesses - who seek him with the whole heart: 3 they do no wickedness; they walk in his ways. 4 You misvahed us to guard your precepts mightily. 5 O that I prepared my ways to guard your statutes! 6 Then I shame not when I look to all your misvoth: 7 I spread hands to you with straightness of heart when I learn your judgments of justness: 8 I guard your statutes: O forsake me not mightily. 9 BETH. How purifies a young man his way? By guarding according to your word. 10 With my whole heart I sought you; that I not err inadvertantly from your misvoth: 11 I treasure your sayings in my heart that I not sin against you. 12 Blessed you, O Yah Veh; teach me your statutes. 13 With my lips I scribe all the judgments of your mouth; 14 I rejoice in the way of your witnesses as over all wealth; 15 I meditate in your precepts and scan to your ways; 16 I delight myself in your statutes - I forget not your word. 17 GIMEL. Deal with your servant - I live and guard your word; 18 expose my eyes to behold the marvels of your torah: 19 I am a sojourner in the earth; hide not your misvoth from me: 20 my soul crushes for the desire unto your judgments at all times. 21 You rebuke the cursed arrogant who err inadvertently from your misvoth; 22 roll reproach and disrespect away from me for I guard your witnesses: 23 governors settle and word against me but your servant meditates in your statutes; 24 your witnesses are my delight and my councilmen. 25 DALETH. My soul adheres to the dust; enliven me according to your word. 26 I scribe my ways and you answer me; teach me your statutes: 27 have me discern the way of your precepts; I meditate of your marvels: 28 my soul drips of grief; raise me according to your word: 29 turn aside the way of falsehoods from me; and with your torah grant me charism: 30 I choose the way of trustworthiness; I placed your judgments: 31 I adhere to your witnesses; O Yah Veh, shame me not: 32 I run the way of your misvoth; you enlarge my heart. 33 HE. Teach me, O Yah Veh, the way of your statutes; and I guard it to the end: 34 have me discern, and I guard your torah; yes, I guard it with my whole heart: 35 aim me in the path of your misvoth; for therein I delight: 36 spread my heart to your witnesses and not to greed: 37 pass my eyes from seeing vanity; and enliven me in your way: 38 raise up your sayings to your servant who awes you: 39 pass away my reproach which I fear; for your judgments are good. 40 Behold, I desire after your precepts; enliven me in your justness. 41 VAU. Your mercies come to me, O Yah Veh, your salvation, according to your sayings: 42 and I word to answer him who reproaches me; for I confide in your word: 43 and strip not the word of truth mightily from my mouth; for I await your judgments: 44 I guard your torah continually - eternally and eternally: 45 And I walk at large for I seek your precepts: 46 I word of your witnesses in front of sovereigns and shame not: 47 I delight myself in your misvoth which I love; 48 I lift my palms to your misvoth which I love; and I meditate in your statutes. 49 ZAIN. Remember the word to your servant, on which you have me await: 50 this is my sighing in my humiliation; for your sayings enliven me. 51 The arrogant scorn me mightily; yet I spread not from your torah: 52 I remember your judgments of eternity, O Yah Veh; and sigh over myself: 53 raging seizes me because of the wicked who forsake your torah. 54 Your statutes became my psalms in the house of my sojournings: 55 I remembered your name, O Yah Veh, in the night; and guarded your torah: 56 this became me because I guarded your precepts. 57 CHETH. Yah Veh is my allotment; I say to guard your words: 58 I stroke your face with my whole heart; grant me charism according to your sayings: 59 I fabricate my ways and turned my feet to your witnesses: 60 I hasten, and linger not to guard your misvoth. 61 The cords of the wicked surround me; I forget not your torah: 62 at midnight I rise to spread hands to you because of your judgments of justness: 63 I am a companion to all who awe you and to them who guard your precepts. 64 The earth, O Yah Veh, is full of your mercy; teach me your statutes. 65 TETH. You work good with your servant, O Yah Veh, according to your word: 66 teach me good taste and knowledge; for I trust your misvoth. 67 Ere I humbled, I erred inadvertently; and now I guard your sayings: 68 you are good and do good; teach me your statutes: 69 the arrogant patch falsehood against me; I guard your precepts with my whole heart: 70 their heart fattens; I - I delight in your torah: 71 it is good for me to be humbled - to learn your statutes: 72 the torah of your mouth is better to me than thousands of gold and silver. 73 JOD. Your hands worked me and established me: have me to discern; to learn your misvoth. 74 They who awe you cheer when they see me; because I await your word: 75 I know, O Yah Veh, your judgments are justness and in trustworthiness you humble me. 76 I pray you, that your mercy be for my sighing, according to your sayings to your servant. 77 Your tender mercies come to me; I live: your torah is my delight. 78 Shame the arrogant - for they twist me falselyShame I meditate in your precepts. 79 May they who awe you turn to me; with them who know your witnesses. 80 May my heart be integrious in your statutes; that I not shame. 81 CAPH. My soul finishes off for your salvation; for I await your word: 82 my eyes finish off for your sayings, saying, When sigh you over me? 83 For I become as a skin in smoke; yet I forget not your statutes. 84 How many are the days of your servant? When work you judgment on my pursuers? 85 The arrogant dig pits for me which are not according your torah. 86 All your misvoth are trustworthy; they pursue me falsely; help me! 87 They almost finish me off on earth; and I - I forsake not your precepts. 88 Enliven me after your mercy; and I guard the witness of your mouth. 89 LAMED. Eternally, O Yah Veh, your word is stationed in the heavens; 90 your trustworthiness generation to generation: you established the earth and it stands. 91 They stand this day according to your judgments; for all are your servants. 92 Unless your torah were my delights I had destructed in my humiliation: 93 I forget not your precepts eternally; for with them you enliven me. 94 I am yours; save me: for I seek your precepts: 95 the wicked await me to destroy me; I discern your witnesses: 96 I see the end of all conclusion; your misvah is mighty broad. 97 MEM. O how I love your torah - my meditation all the day: 98 your misvoth enwisen me above my enemies; for they are eternally with me: 99 I comprehend more than all my teachers; for your witnesses are my meditation: 100 I discern more than the elders; because I guard your precepts: 101 I restrain my feet from every evil way to guard your word: 102 I turn not aside from your judgments; for you taught me. 103 How smooth your sayings to my palate! - than honey to my mouth! 104 Through your precepts I discern; so I hate every false way. 105 NUN. Your word is a lamp to my feet - a light to my path: 106 I oath and I raise to guard your judgments of justness: 107 I am humbled mightily; enliven me, O Yah Veh, according to your word. 108 Be pleased, I beseech you, by the voluntaries of my mouth, O Yah Veh, and teach me your judgments. 109 My soul is continually in my palm; yet I forget not your torah: 110 the wicked give a snare for me; yet I stray not from your precepts: 111 I inherited your witnesses eternally - the rejoicing of my heart: 112 I spread my heart to work your statutes - eternally - to the end. 113 SAMECH. I hate skeptics; and your torah I love. 114 You are my covert and my buckler; I await your word. 115 Turn away from me, you vilifiers; for I guard the misvoth of my Elohim. 116 Uphold me according to your sayings, that I live; that I not shame because of my expectation: 117 uphold me and I am saved; and I look to your statutes continually. 118 You trample them all who err inadvertently from your statutes; for their deceit is falsehood: 119 you shabbathize all the wicked of the earth as dross: so I love your witnesses. 120 My flesh stands on end for dread of you; and I awe your judgments. 121 AIN. I worked judgment and justness; leave me not to my oppressors: 122 pledge for your servant for good; that the arrogant not oppress me: 123 my eyes finish off for your salvation and for the sayings of your justness. 124 Work with your servant according to your mercy; and teach me your statutes. 125 I am your servant; have me discern to know your witnesses. 126 It is time, O Yah Veh, to work; for they break your torah. 127 So I love your misvoth above gold - yes, above pure gold: 128 so I straighten all your precepts to be all right: I hate every false way. 129 PE. Your witnesses are marvels; so my soul guards them: 130 the entrance of your words enlighten; so that the gullible discern: 131 I gape my mouth and gulp; for I yearn for your misvoth. 132 Face me; and grant me charism and judgment to them who love your name: 133 establish my steps in your sayings; that no mischief dominate me: 134 deliver me from the oppression of humanity; I guard your precepts. 135 Light your face on your servant; and teach me your statutes. 136 Rivulets of waters descend my eyes, because they guard not your torah. 137 TZADDI. You are just, O Yah Veh, and straight are your judgments: 138 your witnesses you misvahed are justness - mighty trustworthy: 139 my zeal exterminates me because my tribulators forget your words: 140 your saying is mighty refined; your servant loves it. 141 I - insignificant and despised; yet I forget not your precepts: 142 your justness - an eternal justness and your torah - truth. 143 Tribulation and distress find me; yet your misvoth are my delights. 144 The justness of your witnesses is eternal; have me discern, and I live. 145 KOPH. I call with my whole heart; answer, O Yah Veh: I guard your statutes. 146 I call to you; save me, and I guard your witnesses. 147 I anticipate the evening breeze and cry; I await your word: 148 my eyes anticipate the watches to meditate in your sayings: 149 hear my voice, according to your mercy, O Yah Veh, enliven me according to your judgment. 150 They who pursue intrigue draw nigh - far from your torah: 151 you are near, O Yah Veh, and all your misvoth are truth. 152 I have known your witnesses from antiquity - that you founded them eternally. 153 RESH. See my humiliation and rescue me; for I forget not your torah: 154 defend my defence and deliver me; enliven me according to your sayings 155 Salvation is far from the wicked for they seek not your statutes: 156 Great are your tender mercies, O Yah Veh; enliven me according to your judgments: 157 many are my pursuers and my tribulators; yet I spread not from your witnesses: 158 I see them who deal covertly, and I loathe; because they guard not your sayings. 159 See how I love your precepts; enliven me, O Yah Veh, according to your mercy. 160 The sum of your word is truth; and every one of your judgments of justness is eternal. 161 SCHIN. Governors pursue me gratuitously; because of your words, my heart dreads. 162 I rejoice at your sayings, as one who finds great spoil: 163 I hate and abhor falsehood but love your torah: 164 seven times a day I halal you because of your judgments of justness. 165 Great shalom have they who love your torah; they have no stumblingblock. 166 O Yah Veh, I await your salvation and work your misvoth: 167 my soul guards your witnesses; and I love them mightily: 168 I guard your precepts and your witnesses; all my ways are in front of you. 169 TAU. My shouting comes near at your face, O Yah Veh; have me discern according to your word: 170 my supplication comes at your face; rescue me according to your sayings: 171 my lips gush halal for you teach me your statutes; 172 my tongue answers of your sayings; for all your misvoth are justness: 173 your hand helps me; for I chose your precepts. 174 I desire your salvation, O Yah Veh, and your torah is my delight: 175 my soul lives and halals you; your judgments help me: 176 I strayed as a lost lamb; seek your servant; for I forget not your misvoth.
