ALL AUTHORITY IS ELOHIM-ORDAINED
Every soul, subjugate to the superior authorities. For there is no authority except of Elohim: the authorities that be are ordained of Elohim. 2 So whoever withstands the authority opposes the ordinance of Elohim: and whoever withstands stake judgment to themselves. 3 For archs are not an awe to good works but to the evil. So will you, to not be awestricken of the authority? Do good and you have halal of the same: 4 for he is your minister of Elohim for good. But whenever you do evil, awe; for he bears not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of Elohim - the avenger to wrath upon whoever transacts evil. 5 So it is necessary to subjugate, not only for wrath, but also for sake of conscience.
