¹¹ For I know the thoughts that I think towards you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of affliction, to give you an end and patience.

For because of these things cometh the anger of God upon the children of unbelief. ⁷ Be ye not therefore partakers with them.

⁵ For there is one God: and one mediator of God and men, the man Christ Jesus:

¹ Dearly beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits if they be of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

¹ I am the Lord your God. You shall not make to yourselves any idol or graven thing: neither shall you erect pillars, nor set up a remarkable stone in your land, to adore it. For I am the Lord your God.
