⁴⁰ And this is the will of my Father that sent me: that every one who seeth the Son and believeth in him may have life everlasting. And I will raise him up in the last day.

²⁵ These things have I spoken to you, abiding with you. ²⁶ But the Paraclete, the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and bring all things to your mind, whatsoever I shall have said to you. ²⁷ Peace I leave with you: my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, do I give unto you. Let not your heart be troubled: nor let it be afraid.

⁸ The Lord will repay for me: thy mercy, O Lord, endureth for ever: O despise not the works of thy hands.
