⁶ Come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before Jehovah our Maker.

⁹ Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour.

⁴ Abide in me and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself unless it abide in the vine, thus neither [can] ye unless ye abide in me. ⁵ I am the vine, ye [are] the branches. He that abides in me and I in him, *he* bears much fruit; for without me ye can do nothing.

The demons even believe, and tremble. ²⁰ But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead? ²¹ Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar?

² fulfil my joy, that ye may think the same thing, having the same love, joined in soul, thinking one thing;

⁸ but before all things having fervent love among yourselves, because love covers a multitude of sins;
