¹⁵ My times are in thy hand: deliver me from the hand of mine enemies, and from my persecutors.

³ Commit thy works unto Jehovah, and thy thoughts shall be established.

¹⁰ for [the] administration of the fulness of times; to head up all things in the Christ, the things in the heavens and the things upon the earth; in him,

² (for he says, I have listened to thee in an accepted time, and I have helped thee in a day of salvation: behold, now [is the] well-accepted time; behold, now [the] day of salvation:)

¹¹ For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith Jehovah, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you in your latter end a hope.

¹³ Go to now, ye who say, To-day or to-morrow will we go into such a city and spend a year there, and traffic and make gain, ¹⁴ ye who do not know what will be on the morrow, ([for] what [is] your life? It is even a vapour, appearing for a little while, and then disappearing,) ¹⁵ instead of your saying, If the Lord should [so] will and we should live, we will also do this or that.

⁹ The heart of man deviseth his way, but Jehovah directeth his steps.

¹² So teach [us] to number our days, that we may acquire a wise heart.

⁸ But let not this one thing be hidden from you, beloved, that one day with [the] Lord [is] as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

¹ To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heavens: ² A time to be born, and a time to die; A time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; ³ A time to kill, and a time to heal; A time to break down, and a time to build up; ⁴ A time to weep, and a time to laugh; A time to mourn, and a time to dance; ⁵ A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; A time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; ⁶ A time to seek, and a time to lose; A time to keep, and a time to cast away; ⁷ A time to rend, and a time to sew; A time to keep silence, and a time to speak; ⁸ A time to love, and a time to hate; A time of war, and a time of peace.
