⁷ Be not wise in thine own eyes; fear Jehovah, and depart from evil: ⁸ it shall be health for thy navel, and moisture for thy bones.

²⁵ For I have satiated the weary soul, and every languishing soul have I replenished.

¹¹ This also, knowing the time, that it is already time that *we* should be aroused out of sleep; for now [is] our salvation nearer than when we believed.

¹³ But when *he* is come, the Spirit of truth, he shall guide you into all the truth: for he shall not speak from himself; but whatsoever he shall hear he shall speak; and he will announce to you what is coming.

¹⁹ Repent therefore and be converted, for the blotting out of your sins, so that times of refreshing may come from [the] presence of the Lord,

³¹ but these are written that ye may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing ye might have life in his name.

¹ But this know, that in [the] last days difficult times shall be there; ² for men shall be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, evil speakers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, profane, ³ without natural affection, implacable, slanderers, of unsubdued passions, savage, having no love for what is good, ⁴ traitors, headlong, of vain pretensions, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God; ⁵ having a form of piety but denying the power of it: and from these turn away.

⁹ If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us [our] sins, and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

²⁴ But to him that is able to keep you without stumbling, and to set [you] with exultation blameless before his glory,

⁸ I have set Jehovah continually before me; because [he is] at my right hand, I shall not be moved. ⁹ Therefore my heart rejoiceth, and my glory exulteth; my flesh moreover shall dwell in hope. ¹⁰ For thou wilt not leave my soul to Sheol, neither wilt thou allow thy Holy One to see corruption. ¹¹ Thou wilt make known to me the path of life: thy countenance is fulness of joy; at thy right hand are pleasures for evermore.

³ He restoreth my soul; he leadeth me in paths of righteousness for his name`s sake.

¹⁹ Repent therefore and be converted, for the blotting out of your sins, so that times of refreshing may come from [the] presence of the Lord, ²⁰ and he may send Jesus Christ, who was foreordained for you, ²¹ whom heaven indeed must receive till [the] times of [the] restoring of all things, of which God has spoken by the mouth of his holy prophets since time began.
