For it ys wrytte: thou shalt worshyp the LORDE thy God and hym onely shalt thou serue. 11 Then the deuell left hym, and beholde, the angels came and ministred vnto hym.

Ephesians 6:11

11 put on the armor of God, that ye maye stonde stedfast agaynst the craftie assautes off the deuell.

Hebrews 2:18

18 For in that he himselfe suffred and was tempted, he is able to sucker them that are tempted.

7 Submit youre selues to God, and resist the deuell, & he wil flye fro you.
