6 For a Boy is born to us; a Son is given to us, and the chieftainship shall come to be on His shoulder, and His name is called "Marvelous.Counsel to the master shall He bring, to the chief of the future, welfare."
Bible verses about "the big bang theory" | CLV
1 In the beginning was the word, and the word was toward God, and God was the word. " 2 This was in the beginning toward God. 3 All came into being through it, and apart from it not even one thing came into being which has come into being." 4 In it was life, and the life was the light of men." 5 And the light is appearing in the darkness, and the darkness grasped it not." 6 There came to be a man, commissioned by God. His name was John." 7 This one came for a testimony, that he should be testifying concerning the light, that all should be believing through it." 8 Not he was the light, but he came that he should be testifying concerning the light. " 9 It was the true light - which is enlightening every man - coming into the world. 10 In the world He was, and the world came into being through Him, and the world knew Him not." 11 To His own He came, and those who are His own accepted Him not." 12 Yet whoever obtained Him, to them He gives the right to become children of God, to those who are believing in His name, 13 who were begotten, not of bloods, neither of the will of the flesh, neither of the will of a man, but of God." 14 And the Word became flesh and tabernacles among us, and we gaze at His glory, a glory as of an only-begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth." 15 John is testifying concerning Him and has cried, saying, "This was He of Whom I said, 'He Who is coming after me, has come to be in front of me,' for He was first, before me, 16 for of that which fills Him we all obtained, and grace for grace." 17 For the law through Moses was given; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. 18 God no one has ever seen. The only-begotten God, Who is in the bosom of the Father, He unfolds Him." 19 And this is the testimony of John when the Jews of Jerusalem dispatch to him priests and Levites that they should be inquiring of him, "Who are you? 20 And he avows and denies not and avows that "I am not the Christ." 21 And they ask him again, "What are you then? Are you Elijah? And he is saying, "I am not." 22 Are you the Prophet? And he answered, "No.They said, then, to him, "Who are you? - that we may be giving an answer to those who send us. What are you saying concerning yourself? 23 He averred, "I am 'the voice of one imploring, "In the wilderness straighten the road of the Lord!"' according as said Isaiah the prophet." 24 And those who have been dispatched were of the Pharisees. 25 And they ask him and said to him, "Why, then, are you baptizing, if you are not the Christ, neither Elijah, nor the Prophet? 26 John answered them, saying, "I am baptizing in water. Now in the midst of you One stood of Whom you are not aware." 27 He it is Who, coming after me, has come to be in front of me, of Whom I am not worthy that I should be loosing the thong of His sandal." 28 These things occurred in Bethany, the other side of the Jordan river, where John was, baptizing." 29 On the morrow he is observing Jesus coming toward him, and is saying, "Lo! the Lamb of God Which is taking away the sin of the world!" 30 This is He concerning Whom I said, 'After me is coming a Man Who has come to be in front of me,' for He was First, before me." 31 And I was not aware of Him. But that He may be manifested to Israel, therefore came I, baptizing in water." 32 And John testifies, saying that "I have gazed upon the spirit, descending as a dove out of heaven, and it remains on Him." 33 And I was not aware of Him, but He Who sends me to be baptizing in water, That One said to me, 'On Whomever you may be perceiving the spirit descending and remaining on Him, This is He Who is baptizing in holy spirit.'" 34 And I have seen and have testified that This One is the Son of God." 35 On the morrow John again stood, and two of his disciples." 36 And, looking at Jesus walking, he is saying, "Lo! the Lamb of God!" 37 And the two disciples hear him speaking, and they follow Jesus." 38 Now Jesus, being turned and gazing at them following, is saying to them, "What are you seeking?Yet they said to Him, "Rabbi(which, being construed, is termed "Teacher"), "where art Thou remaining? 39 He is saying to them, "Come and see. They came, then, and perceived where He is remaining, and they remain with Him that day. It was about the tenth hour." 40 Now Andrew, the brother of Simon Peter, was one of the two who hear from John and follow Him." 41 This one first is finding his own brother, Simon, and is saying to him, "We have found the Messiah!(which is, being construed, "Christ")." 42 And he led him to Jesus. Looking at him, Jesus said, "You are Simon, the son of John. You shall be called Cephas(which is being translated "Peter")." 43 On the morrow He wants to come away into Galilee, and He is finding Philip. And Jesus is saying to him, "Follow Me." 44 Now Philip was from Bethsaida, the city of Andrew and Peter." 45 Philip is finding Nathanael and is saying to him, "Him of Whom Moses writes in the law and the prophets, have we found Jesus, a son of Joseph, from Nazareth." 46 And Nathanael said to him, "Can anything good be out of Nazareth?Philip is saying to him, "Come and see!" 47 Jesus perceived Nathanael coming toward Him, and is saying concerning him, "Lo! truly an Israelite in whom there is no guile!" 48 Nathanael is saying to Him, "Whence do you know me?Jesus answered and said to him, "Before Philip summons you, when you are under the fig tree, I perceived you." 49 Nathanael answered and is saying to Him, "Rabbi, Thou art the Son of God! Thou art the King of Israel!" 50 Jesus answered and said to him, "Seeing that I said to you that 'I perceived you underneath the fig tree,' are you believing? Greater things than these should you be seeing!" 51 And He is saying to him, "Verily, verily, I am saying to you, henceforth you shall be seeing heaven opened up and the messengers of God ascending and descending on the Son of Mankind."
1 And it occurred, when Jesus finishes these sayings, He withdraws from Galilee and came into the boundaries of Judea, the other side of the Jordan." 2 And vast throngs follow Him, and He cures them there." 3 And the Pharisees came to Him, trying Him, and saying, "Is it allowed one to dismiss his wife for every cause? 4 Now He, answering, said, "Did you not read that the Maker from the beginning makes them male and female, 5 and He said, 'On this account a man shall be leaving father and mother and shall be joined to his wife, and the two shall be one flesh'? 6 So that no longer are they two, but one flesh. What God, then, yokes together, let not man be separating." 7 They are saying to Him, "Why, then, does Moses direct to give a scroll of divorce and to dismiss her? 8 Jesus is saying to them, that "Moses, in view of your hardheartedness, permits you to dismiss your wives. Yet from the beginning it has not come to be thus." 9 Now I am saying to you that whoever should be dismissing his wife (not for prostitution) and should be marrying another, is committing adultery, and he who marries her who has been dismissed, is committing adultery." 10 The disciples are saying to Him, "If the cause of a man with a woman is thus, it is not expedient to marry." 11 Yet He said to them, "Not all are containing this saying, but those to whom it has been given." 12 For there are eunuchs who were born thus out of their mother's womb, and there are eunuchs who are emasculated by men, and there are eunuchs who emasculate themselves because of the kingdom of the heavens. The one able to contain it, let him contain it." 13 Then little children were brought to Him, that He may be placing His hands on them and should be praying. Yet the disciples rebuke them." 14 Yet Jesus said to them, "Let the little children be coming to Me, and do not forbid them, for of such is the kingdom of the heavens." 15 And, placing His hands on them, He went thence." 16 And lo! one coming to Him said, "Teacher, what good shall I be doing that I should be having life eonian? 17 Yet He said to him, "Why are you asking Me concerning good? One is good. Yet if you are wanting to be entering into life, keep the precepts." 18 He is saying to Him, "Which? Now Jesus said, "These: 'You shall not be murdering.' 'You shall not be committing adultery.' 'You shall not be stealing.' 'You shall not be testifying falsely.'" 19 Be honoring father and mother,' and 'You shall be loving your associate as yourself.'" 20 The youth is saying to Him, "These all I maintain. In what am I still deficient? 21 Jesus averred to him, "If you are wanting to be perfect, go, sell your possessions and be giving to the poor, and you will be having treasure in the heavens. And hither! Follow Me." 22 Now, hearing this word, the youth came away sorrowing, for he had many acquisitions." 23 Now Jesus said to His disciples, "Verily, I am saying to you that the rich squeamishly will be entering into the kingdom of the heavens." 24 Yet again, I am saying to you that it is easier for a camel to be entering through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to be entering into the kingdom of God." 25 Now, hearing it, the disciples were tremendously astonished, saying, "Who, consequently, can be saved? 26 Now, looking at them, Jesus said to them, "With men this is impossible, yet with God all is possible." 27 Then, answering, Peter said to Him, "Lo! we leave all and follow Thee. What, consequently, will it be to us? 28 Yet Jesus said to them, "Verily, I am saying to you, that you who follow Me, in the renascence whenever the Son of Mankind should be seated on the throne of His glory, you also shall sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel." 29 And everyone who leaves houses, or brothers, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or fields, on account of My name, a hundred-fold shall be getting, and shall be enjoying the allotment of life eonian." 30 Yet many of the first shall be last, and the last first."
1 Wherefore, leaving the word dealing with the rudiments of Christ, we should be brought on to maturity, (not again disrupting the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith on God, 2 of the teaching of baptizings, besides the imposition of hands, and the resurrection of the dead, and of judgment eonian)." 3 And this will we be doing, that is, if God may be permitting." 4 For it is impossible for those once enlightened, besides tasting the celestial gratuity and becoming partakers of holy spirit, 5 and tasting the ideal declaration of God, besides the powerful deeds of the impending eon, 6 and falling aside, to be renewing them again to repentance while crucifying for themselves the Son of God again and holding Him up to infamy." 7 For land which is drinking the shower coming often on it, and bringing forth herbage fit for those because of whom it is being farmed also, is partaking of blessing from God;" 8 yet, bringing forth thorns and star thistles, it is disqualified and near a curse, whose consummation is burning." 9 Yet we are persuaded of better things concerning you, beloved, and those which have to do with salvation, even if we are speaking thus." 10 For God is not unjust, to be forgetting your work and the love which you display for His name when you serve the saints, and are serving." 11 Now we are yearning for each one of you to be displaying the same diligence toward the assurance of the expectation until the consummation, 12 that you may not be becoming dull. Now be imitators of those who through faith and patience are enjoying the allotment of the promises. 13 For God, promising Abraham, since He had no one greater to swear by, swears by Himself, 14 saying, "If, in sooth, it is blessing, I shall be blessing you, and multiplying, I shall be multiplyingyou!" 15 And thus, being patient, he happened on the promise." 16 For men are swearing by a greater, and to them an oath for confirmation is an end of all contradiction, 17 in which God, intending more superabundantly to exhibit to the enjoyers of the allotment of the promise the immutability of His counsel, interposes with an oath, 18 that by two immutable matters, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we may have a strong consolation, who are fleeing for refuge to lay hold of the expectation lying before us, 19 which we have as an anchor of the soul, both secure and confirmed, and entering into the interior beyond the curtain, 20 where the Forerunner, Jesus, entered for our sakes, becoming Chief Priest according to the order of Melchizedek for the eon."
1 And finished are the heavens and the earth and all their host. 2 And finishing is the Elohim, on the sixth day, His work which He does. And ceasing is He on the seventh day from all His work which He does. 3 And blessing is the Elohim the seventh day, and hallowing it, for in it He ceases from all His work, which the Elohim creates to make. 4 These are the genealogical annals of the heavens and the earth, when they were created. In the day Yahweh Elohim made the earth and the heavens, 5 and every shrub of the field ere it is coming to be in the earth, and all herbage of the field ere it is sprouting, at that time Yahweh Elohim does not bring rain on the earth, and there was no human to serve the ground. 6 Yet humidity is ascending from the earth and irrigates all the surface of the ground. 7 And forming is Yahweh Elohim the human of soil from the ground, and He is blowing into his nostrils the breath of the living, and becoming is the human a living soul. 8 And planting is Yahweh Elohim a garden in Eden, in the east, and He is placing there the human whom He forms. 9 And furthermore sprouting is Yahweh Elohim from the ground every tree coveted by the sight and good for food, and the tree of the living in the midst of the garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. 10 And a stream is faring forth from Eden to irrigate the garden, and thence it is being parted and comes to four heads. 11 The name of the one is Pison. It is that surrounding the entire land of Havilah, where there is gold, 12 and the gold of that land is exceedingly good. There is the pearl and the onyx stone. 13 And the name of the second stream is Gihon. It is that surrounding the entire land of Kush. 14 And the name of the third stream is Hiddekel. It is that going east of Ashur. And the fourth stream, it is the Euphrates. 15 And taking is Yahweh Elohim the human that he had formed and is leaving him in the garden of Eden to serve it and to keep it. 16 And instructing is Yahweh Elohim the human, saying, "From every tree of the garden, you are to eat, yea, eat. 17 Yet from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, you are not to be eating from it, for in the day you eat from it, to die shall you be dying. 18 And saying is Yahweh Elohim, "Not good is it for the human for him to be alone. Make for him will I a helper as his complement. 19 And furthermore Yahweh Elohim, having formed from the ground all field life and every flyer of the heavens, He is also bringing it to the human to see what he will call it. And whatever the human living soul is calling it, that is its name. 20 And calling is the human the names for every beast and for every flyer of the heavens, and for all field life. Yet for the human He does not find a helper as His complement. 21 And falling is a stupor on the human, caused by Yahweh Elohim, and he is sleeping. And taking is He one of his angular organs and is closing the flesh under it. 22 And Yahweh Elohim is building the angular organ, which He takes from the human, into a woman, and bringing her is He to the human. 23 And saying is the human, "This was once bone of my bones and flesh from my flesh. This shall be called woman, for from her man is this taken. 24 Therefore a man shall forsake his father and his mother and cling to his wife, and they two become one flesh. 25 And coming are they two, the human and his wife, to be naked, yet are not shaming themselves.
3 By faith we are apprehending the eons to adjust to a declaration of God, so that what is being observed has not come out of what is appearing."
3 And saying is the Elohim, "Become light!" And it is becoming light.
5 Thus says the El, Yahweh Elohim, Creator of the heavens, Who stretched them out, Who stamped the earth and its offspring, Who gives breath to the people upon it, and spirit to those going in it:"
8 Now of this one thing you are not to be oblivious, beloved, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years and a thousand years as one day."
1 In the beginning was the word, and the word was toward God, and God was the word. "
13 Indeed, My hand founded the earth, and My right handbreadth measured the heavens. I am calling to them, and they are standing together."
1 1Created by the Elohim were the heavens and the earth.
1 1Created by the Elohim were the heavens and the earth. 2 Yet the earth became a chaos and vacant, and darkness was on the surface of the submerged chaos. Yet the spirit of the Elohim is vibrating over the surface of the water. 3 And saying is the Elohim, "Become light!" And it is becoming light. 4 And seeing is the Elohim the light, that it is good. And separating is the Elohim between the light and the darkness. 5 And calling is the Elohim the light "day, and the darkness He calls "night." And coming is it to be evening and coming to be morning, day one. 6 And saying is the Elohim, "Become shall an atmosphere in the midst of the water, and coming is a separation between water and water. 7 And coming is it to be so. And making is the Elohim the atmosphere. And separating is He between the water which is under the atmosphere and the water which is above the atmosphere. 8 And calling is the Elohim the atmosphere "heavens." And seeing is the Elohim that it is good. And coming is it to be evening and coming to be morning, the second day. 9 And saying is the Elohim, "Flow together shall the water from under the heavens to one place, and appear shall the dry land." And coming is it to be so. And flowing together is the water under the heavens to one place, and appearing is the dry land. 10 And calling is the Elohim the dry part "land" [or "earth"] and the confluence of the water He calls "seas. "And seeing is the Elohim that it is good. 11 And saying is the Elohim, "Verdant shall become the land with verdure; with herbage seeding seed for its from-kind and for its likeness. and with the fruit tree whose seed is in it yielding fruit for its from-kind on the land." And coming is it to be so. 12 And forth is the land bringing verdure; herbage seeding seed for its from-kind, and for its likeness, and the fruit tree whose seed is in it, yielding fruit for its from-kind, on the land. And seeing is the Elohim that it is good. 13 And coming is it to be evening and coming to be morning, the third day. 14 And saying is the Elohim, "Become shall luminaries in the atmosphere of the heavens, to give light on the earth, to separate between the day and the night. And they come to be for signs and for appointments, and for days and years. 15 And there come to be luminaries in the atmosphere of the heavens to give light on the earth. And coming is it to be so. 16 And making is the Elohim two great luminaries, the greater luminary for ruling the day, and the smaller luminary for ruling the night, and the stars. 17 And bestowing them is the Elohim in the atmosphere of the heavens to give light on the earth, 18 and to rule in the day and in the night, and to separate between the light and the darkness. And seeing is the Elohim that it is good. 19 And coming is it to be evening, and coming to be morning, the fourth day. 20 And saying is the Elohim, "Roam shall the water with the roaming, living soul, and the flyer shall fly over the earth on the face of the atmosphere of the heavens." And coming is it to be so. 21 And creating is the Elohim great monsters and every living moving soul, with which the water roams, for their from-kind, and every winged flyer for its from-kind. And seeing is the Elohim that it is good. 22 And blessing them is the Elohim, saying, "Be fruitful and increase and fill the water of the seas. And the flyer is to be increasing in the earth. 23 And coming is it to be evening and coming to be morning, the fifth day. 24 And saying is the Elohim, "Bring forth shall the earth the living soul for its from-kind, beast and moving animal and land life for its from-kind. "And coming is it to be so. 25 And making is the Elohim, the land life for its from-kind, and the beast for its from-kind, and every moving animal of the ground for its from-kind. And seeing is the Elohim that it is good. 26 And saying is the Elohim, "Make will We humanity in Our image, and according to Our likeness, and sway shall they over the fish of the sea, and over the flyer of the heavens, and over the beast, and over all land life, and over every moving animal moving on the land. 27 And creating is the Elohim humanity in His image. In the image of the Elohim He creates it. Male and female He creates them. 28 And blessing them is the Elohim. And saying to them is the Elohim, "Be fruitful and increase and fill the earth, and subdue it. And sway over the fish of the sea, and over the flyer of the heavens, and over the beast, and over all the earth, and over all life moving on the land. 29 And saying is the Elohim, "Behold, I give to you all herbage seeding seed, which is on the surface of the entire earth, and every tree which has in it the fruit of a tree seeding seed. For you it is coming to be for food. 30 And for all land life, and for every flyer of the heavens, and for every moving animal on the land, which has in it a living soul, all green herbage is for food. And coming is it to be so. 31 And seeing is the Elohim all that He had made, and, behold, it is very good. And coming is it to be evening and coming to be morning, the sixth day.
