¹ Do not judge, lest you may be judged, ² for with what judgment you are judging, shall you be judged, and with what measure you are measuring, shall it be measured to you." ³ Now why are you observing the mote that is in your brother's eye, yet the beam in your eye you are not considering? ⁴ Or how will you be declaring to your brother, 'Brother, let me extract the mote out of your eye,' and lo! the beam is in your eye? ⁵ Hypocrite! Extract first the beam out of your eye, and then you will be keen-sighted to be extracting the mote out of your brother's eye."

³ For I am saying, through the grace which is given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to be overweening, beyond what your disposition must be, but to be of a sane disposition, as God parts to each the measure of faith."

¹² Put on, then, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, pitiful compassions, kindness, humility, meekness, patience, ¹³ bearing with one another and dealing graciously among yourselves, if anyone should be having a complaint against any. According as the Lord also deals graciously with you, thus also you." ¹⁴ Now over all these put on love, which is the tie of maturity."
