³⁰ ὑμῶν (Of you) δὲ (now) καὶ (even) αἱ (the) τρίχες (hairs) τῆς (of the) κεφαλῆς (head) πᾶσαι (all) ἠριθμημέναι (numbered) εἰσίν (are).

²⁴ καὶ (And) προσευξάμενοι (having prayed), εἶπαν (they said), “Σὺ (You) Κύριε (Lord), καρδιογνῶστα (knower of the hearts) πάντων (of all), ἀνάδειξον (show) ὃν (which) ἐξελέξω (You have chosen) ἐκ (of) τούτων (these) τῶν (-) δύο (two), ἕνα (one)

¹¹ τίς (Who) γὰρ (for) οἶδεν (knows) ἀνθρώπων (among men) τὰ (the things) τοῦ (of the) ἀνθρώπου (man), εἰ (if) μὴ (not) τὸ (the) πνεῦμα (spirit) τοῦ (of the) ἀνθρώπου (man) τὸ (that is) ἐν (within) αὐτῷ (him)? οὕτως (So) καὶ (also) τὰ (the things) τοῦ (-) Θεοῦ (of God) οὐδεὶς (no one) ἔγνωκεν (knows), εἰ (if) μὴ (not) τὸ (the) Πνεῦμα (Spirit) τοῦ (-) Θεοῦ (of God).

³³ Ὦ (O), βάθος (the depth) πλούτου (of riches), καὶ (both) σοφίας (of wisdom) καὶ (and) γνώσεως (knowledge) Θεοῦ (of God)! ὡς (How) ἀνεξεραύνητα (unsearchable) τὰ (the) κρίματα (judgments) αὐτοῦ (of Him), καὶ (and) ἀνεξιχνίαστοι (untraceable) αἱ (the) ὁδοὶ (ways) αὐτοῦ (of Him)! ³⁴ “Τίς (Who) γὰρ (for) ἔγνω (has known) νοῦν (the mind) Κυρίου (of the Lord), ἢ (or) τίς (who) σύμβουλος (counselor) αὐτοῦ (of Him) ἐγένετο (has been)?” ³⁵ “Ἢ (Or) τίς (who) προέδωκεν (has first given) αὐτῷ (to Him), καὶ (and) ἀνταποδοθήσεται (it will be recompensed) αὐτῷ (to him)?” ³⁶ ὅτι (For) ἐξ (from) αὐτοῦ (Him), καὶ (and) δι’ (through) αὐτοῦ (Him), καὶ (and) εἰς (unto) αὐτὸν (Him) τὰ (-) πάντα (are all things). αὐτῷ (To Him be) ἡ (the) δόξα (glory) εἰς (to) τοὺς (the) αἰῶνας (ages)! ἀμήν (Amen).

¹³ καὶ (And) οὐκ (not) ἔστιν (there is) κτίσις (creature) ἀφανὴς (hidden) ἐνώπιον (before) αὐτοῦ (Him); πάντα (all things) δὲ (however) γυμνὰ (are uncovered) καὶ (and) τετραχηλισμένα (laid bare) τοῖς (to the) ὀφθαλμοῖς (eyes) αὐτοῦ (of Him) πρὸς (to) ὃν (whom) ἡμῖν (is our) ὁ (-) λόγος (reckoning).

²⁰ ὅτι (that) ἐὰν (if) καταγινώσκῃ (should condemn us) ἡμῶν (our) ἡ (-) καρδία (heart), ὅτι (that) μείζων (greater than) ἐστὶν (is) ὁ (-) Θεὸς (God) τῆς (the) καρδίας (heart) ἡμῶν (of us), καὶ (and) γινώσκει (He knows) πάντα (all things).
