¹⁵ And he said to them: Go into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. ¹⁶ He that believes and is immersed, shall be saved; he that believes not, shall be condemned.

²⁸ And we know that all things work together for good, to those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.

¹⁰ For with the heart we believe, in order to justification; and with the mouth we make confession, it order to salvation.

²⁰ according to my earnest expectation and hope, that in nothing shall I be ashamed, but with all boldness, as at all times, so even now, Christ will be magnified in my body, whether by life or by death. ²¹ For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.

² You desire, and you have not; you kill, and are earnestly desirous of having, and yet you can not obtain; you fight and war, and yet you have not, because you ask not. ³ You ask, and receive not, because you ask amiss, that you may spend it on your passions. ⁴ Adulterers and adulteresses, know you not that the friend ship of the world is enmity to God? Whoever, therefore, will be a friend of the world, is an enemy of God.

⁸ Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, and to-day, and forever.

¹³ I am able to do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

²⁰ I have been crucified with Christ, yet I live; no longer I, but Christ lives in me. And the life which I now live in the flesh, I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

³⁸ For I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, ³⁹ nor hight, nor depth, nor any other creature, will be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. SECTION THIRD. God's Dealings with Israel as a People,

² And be not conformed to this age, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may learn what the will of God is the good, and the acceptable, and the perfect.

¹ Be imitators of me, as I am of Christ. ² Now, I praise you, brethren, because you remember me in all things, and keep the traditions as I delivered them to you.

³³ But seek first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness, and all these things shall be given to you in addition.
