¹² Therefore all things whatever you would that men should do to you, do you even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.

⁹ If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

⁸ For by grace are you saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: ⁹ Not of works, lest any man should boast.

⁹ Whoever transgresses, and stays not in the doctrine of Christ, has not God. He that stays in the doctrine of Christ, he has both the Father and the Son. ¹⁰ If there come any to you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed: ¹¹ For he that bids him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.

²⁷ Whoever digs a pit shall fall therein: and he that rolls a stone, it will return on him.

²⁷ But I say to you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you,

⁸ For he that sows to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that sows to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. ⁹ And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

²⁷ And as it is appointed to men once to die, but after this the judgment:

¹⁰ For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he has done, whether it be good or bad.

⁸ Even as I have seen, they that plow iniquity, and sow wickedness, reap the same.

⁷ Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatever a man sows, that shall he also reap.
