¹³ I can do all things, in him who strengthens me.

¹⁹ Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom ye have from God, and ye are not your own? ²⁰ For ye are bought with a price; therefore glorify God in your body.

³ And not only so, but we rejoice in afflictions also; knowing that affliction works patience; ⁴ and patience approval; and approval hope; ⁵ and hope makes not ashamed; because the love of God has been poured forth in our hearts, by the Holy Spirit which was given to us.

¹² This is my commandment, that ye love one another, as I loved you. ¹³ Greater love has no one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends. ¹⁴ Ye are my friends, if ye do whatever I command you. ¹⁵ No longer do I call you servants; because the servant knows not what his lord does. But I have called you friends because all things that I heard from my Father I made known to you. ¹⁶ Ye did not choose me, but I chose you, and appointed you that ye may go and bear fruit, and that your fruit may remain; that whatever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you. ¹⁷ These things I command you, that ye love one another.

¹⁸ For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are of no account, in comparison with the glory which shall be revealed in us.

³ And I heard a loud voice out of the throne, saying: Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and GOD-WITH-THEM himself will he their God. ⁴ And he will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and death shall be no more, nor shall mourning, nor crying, nor pain be any more; because the former things are passed away.

¹³ There has no temptation taken you but such as belongs to man; and God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted beyond what ye are able, but will with the temptation make also the way of escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
