Bible verses about "fool" | ABU

Titus 3:1-11

1 PUT them in mind to submit themselves to governments, to authorities, to obey magistrates, to be ready to every good work, 2 to speak evil of no one, to be averse to strife, forbearing, showing all meekness to all men. 3 For we ourselves also were once foolish, disobedient, going astray, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, hating one another. 4 But when the kindness and the love toward man of our Savior God appeared, 5 not by works of righteousness which we did, but according to his mercy he saved us, through the bathing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Spirit; 6 which he poured out on us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior; 7 that, having been justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life. 8 Faithful is the saying; and concerning these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they who have believed God may be careful to take the lead in good works. These things are good and profitable to men. 9 But avoid foolish questionings, and genealogies, and strifes, and contentions about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain. 10 A man that causes divisions, after a first and second admonition, avoid; 11 knowing that he that is such is perverted, and sins, being self-condemned.

Matthew 5:22

22 But I say to you, that every one who is angry with his brother, without cause, shall be in danger of the judgment; and whoever shall say to his brother, Raca! shall be in danger of the council; and whoever shall say, Thou fool! shall be in danger of hell-fire.
