Matthew 6:19-21

19 Lay not up for yourselves treasures on the earth, where moth and rust consume, and where thieves break through and steal. 20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consumes, and where thieves do not break through nor steal. 21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

Romans 13:8-10

8 Owe no one anything, but to love one another; for he that loves another has fulfilled the law. 9 For this: Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not covet; and if there is any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely: Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. 10 Love works no ill to one's neighbor; therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.

1 Timothy 6:10

10 For the love of money is a root of all evils; which some coveting after wandered away from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

Luke 12:15

15 And he said to them: Take heed, and beware of all covetousness; because a man's life consists not in the abundance of his possessions.
